Digital Camcorder....

I'm looking for one for less than $200. I want to record some video than upload it to my comp via usb port. Are there any digital camcorders for under $200 that can do this fast and easily?

if you have a Mac, then yes. you can do this easy.

if you have a PC then no, it's not so easy. the software alone will cost you more than $100 for anything of quality.

Check your Kmarts for cheap video cameras. They are running 30% off clearance right now and I saw a JVC camera for $200 on clearance that would be around $140 after the 30%. YMMV on finding the camera.

I have a Casio P505 Camera that does 640x480 video with sound in Mpeg-4 format. Has 5x optical zoom and takes 5MP pictures. It's like new in box for $200 shipped. It's not a camcorder, but most camcorders take the same resolution video. This one saves to SD cards.
