i need to find a good deal on one of these babies, Zektor HDS4.1 4 x1 i mostly find them in the 250 range...

There's a reason you only see them at that price range. There are only certain resellers for Zektor. :)
The best deal you'll find is on eBay for a used switcher. If you want a cheaper alternative, I would recommend the Audio Authority 1154A. It will switch 4 component inputs and also optical/toslink and coaxial for audio.
You should be able to find it for around $200 or less.
