Pop it in the PSP and check the PSP firmware upgrade that's on the Tales of Eternia UMD.

In 2.0 I believe the Volt boss fight glitches and you are unable to get any further in the game. Something to that effect anyways.

EDIT: It might be the switch after Volt but it's around there and it causes the game to freeze.

2.5 fixes the volt glitch - which will in turn make your copy a more valued & sought after.
