So apparently even though the first game bombed horribly in Japan, from what I recall, a sequel is in the works. But this time, you can dress up like Ryu and Rachel, so it will easily sell 5 figures its first week!

At least one new course has been added, unsure of any other big changes. Due out in the winter in Japan.

I actually enjoyed the first game when I was able to pick it up for $25 at Best Buy (after GGC.)

I'm very anxious to see if they're able to implement an online play mode for this one.

I enjoyed the first one a lot, over Springtime I had a phase where I was really into golf. If online is announced I'll trade in the first one ASAP, or I might just take a chance and trade it in now for the 2 for 1 dealy.

I got this from Gamecrazy pretty cheap. It was a brand new game traded in because at the time it was included in Wii bundles at the nearby Fry's - this store got about 4 or 5 of them, still sealed with the Fry's price stickers ;). Since they were trade-ins they sold them as used and there was an additional 20% off at the time - ended up getting it for $28 in GC credit. It was fun for a while but it just got shoved into the backlog after a few days of play. I did as you are considering and dumped it at EB for the Trade 2 deal (along with Cars that I got in a trade here and my son beat to death) - so it ended up being a $3 rental. Since I can't stand parting with ANY games I have I told myself I'd be able to get both soon enough for $40 combined, so the trade-in was worth it. But if there's a sequel to this I may just skip the first one (since now that it's gone I don't miss it ;)). And I'll probably pick up Cars for the 360 since my son has bought into the achievements system hook, line, and sinker.
