I can't stand people that say they are selling multiple games when all it is is a demo disc.

A. Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm not sure he's not selling 4 games.
B. If he is selling a demo disc, its a fradulent sale and the buyer has a legitimate excuse for refusing the product.
Yeah, there's nothing to indicate it's a demo disc (was there one released with only those games on it?) and he's got perfect feedback so far. Why screw that up with a negative and returned item?

There's nothing to indicate that it's not the demo disc. He even says: "Good condition works like mint" instead of saying THEY work like mint. Also, this is his only auction without a picture in it, which is enough reason alone to suspect something's wrong. And yes there is a demo disc with only those games on it.

They are a new Ebay member with 21 feedback. My bets are that it's a demo disc. Man, I hate when people do that crap! Grrrrrr.

E-mail sent to him via E-bay to see if he's actually trying to rip people off...simply asked if he was including a demo disc or the actual 4 separate, full games.

Just a side note, the buyer "realestatelearning" changed his ID 5 times over 2 years!

What is that demo disc from? Did people just buy it for like $8 or something? Or did it come with a game or system?

It comes with some gamecubes, and you could find it at various retailers for $5-$10 (or, in Best Buy's case, $40!)

Probably need to ask the seller for more info on that one. It might not come with cases and manuals.

Maybe the seller doesn't realize that its a demo disc - just picked it up at a flea market or something. It's certainly possible if the seller didn't really know about games. But the lack of a photo is suspicious...
Has anyone heard back from the buyer?

I guess it is possible that the seller has no clue what the item is, but it does say PREVIEW DISC in big letters on the top of the case. Maybe that isn't clear enough.
I feel so bad for the person that bought it-that really sucks.

well he is a rip off.. when you check his other auctions.. he is selling all four season sets of friends for 99cents..see link below... those have to be bootlegs,.... them sets cost like 50 bucks a piece in the store... i would not trust him at all.. i bet that demo disc wont even work... when i bid on e-bay i check there other auctions, feedback etc... just to be safe..
that is sad soemone is getting rip off for 30 bucks for a demo disc... i always liek to see a pic of the product i am bidding on if they dont have a pic i wont bid...,,..
