It took me about a month to get enough points for the Zune. I ordered it on Nov. 26 and Fedex attempted to deliver it on Sat. 12/22. It actually came pretty fast.

They removed the actual game caps, but they still only have so many puzzles. There is a cap of about 1,000 a day, but if you keep the game window open, you can keep going.

you're probably better off selling the zune on ebay, you can get at least 150,
vista isnt worth much.

I received a shipping email 3 days before it came.
I ordered my prize (movie tickets) 3 months before the shipping email came.
The email included a tracking number and it is delivered via USPS first class mail. (although my prize is kinda small)
I can get you a picture of the envelope if you want. I saved it just incase.

Yeah, the shipping company will depend on the prize, as I remember way back that my Vista didn't come via USPS. I also got my shipping email several days prior, however some never get their shipping emails, so I'd say its spotty to all the above.

Is there some sort of strategy? Like, I'll play Flexicon and enter all the words for one block. Then, I'll click the [!]s (or [?s] I forget) and then I'll get the lame code thing and it slows me down so much. It probably takes me a couple hours to get 1k. And it's really boring after the first five minutes lol..

I just ordered today too. Getting 2500 points took me forever but you can't beat the price (free). It said that it takes approximately 12 weeks (3 months) to receive the prize so -_-

It says an indirect signature is required. We've always signed for our own, so we haven't needed to find out. On their site, it says the recipient or someone at the resident can sign. It doesn't specify an adult. Sorry I can't be more help.

Also as for the bots, it seems that they only are really after those people that are using actually cheating bots that somehow magically make you have 20k+ points in a couple of seconds. But apparantly they don't have those around anymore

MS will look back at their gameplay and see if there isnt any cheatng going on. i use the auto-typer cuz first when it puts the answers in, i go and submit them. like for flexicon, i submit an answer after like 2 seconds for each.

just to throw my two cents of experience with this in, I ordered a 360/windows controller 12/7 and just received it via fedex about a month later. i did not receive any kind of confirmation or shipping email, and i did check my spam folder quite thoroughly. so for the people stressing about not getting an email, all hope is not lost :)

seems like a good set, but the review says it's not that good for hardcore gamers because if you let the mouse sit for a few seconds it "sleeps" and when you move it again it takes about 2 seconds to react, making it bad for when you're sniping and you're waiting for the perfect shot, and then you miss it by 2 seconds

That's a wireless controller and yes, you actually get it for 2500 points. It also comes with the wireless dongle to connect it to a Windows PC.

I think it's one of each hardware/software product. So 1 controller, 1 Vista, 1 Zune, etc.

yea, it doesn't really matter which one it is, its just that u only have 1 prize of each. But i heard that when u change ur address a bit, u can get another of the same prize. like at first u ordered a vista, then u change ur address to something close, then u can order another vista. I dunno if any of u tried it yet, but i think its a good idea.

I've had some luck with their customer service as long as you keep emailing them almost every day. It may take a couple weeks, but they finally get back to me with answers (sometimes).

Yes. I had both of the controllers shipped to me at my work address. I've had prizes shipped between my work address and my home address. As long as they didn't cancel the prizes/account I haven't had problems receiving things. Between the two addresses I've received a couple other controllers, a load of movie passes (which are great!), a copy of Vista, headphones, and PGR3.

I've only tried ordering one controller per account. So far I've had two come to my work and two to my house. With their rules on one hardware per account, I've played until I get to 2500 tickets, get the controller, then set up a new account. It does not seem as though they care where they are shipping things out to.

In regards to the movie passes, I've ordered multiples on different accounts. I think this may fall outside of the realm of "hardware" or "software" so you can order multiples on one account. I don't think I've paid for a movie in the past few months. Although, it also helps when you complain about not getting one ticket and for some reason they send you 12 passes, wrapped in a rubber band, in the envelope.

The solid limit is 1000 but if you keep the game up and dont refresh, you can go over. With flexicon, i think you can get 2500 per "ticket" day. Each ticket day starts at 7 p.m. EST every day.

No, not that kind of problem. I got the 360, but it didn't have the games or anything with it. It was just the console. I ordered before they changed the package. I wrote to them several times and now they won't write back. They're also not sending any of my prizes anymore. They're still sending to my husband, but not me. I had one with a ship date of 1/2 and it still hasn't come. We both ordered games on the same date and he received his yesterday. I'm still waiting...

The 360 comes with one controller and headset. What it's missing is the 3 games, 12 month live subscription, and live arcade unplugged. I've heard they did away with the live arcade unplugged awhile ago. They took the games and live subscriptions off as a prize after getting complaints from those that should've gotten them. I don't know if they'll add those items back on or not.

It'll take around a month if you pace yourself. you can get about 1/2 the tickets via Flexicon and the other 1/2 by chicktionary and Crosswire.

i havent had any problem with them. IMO All you really need to focus on is Flexicon, chicktonary, and or crosswire snce they give all the high ticket ammounts.

I saw it coming, but didn't think a big company like Microsoft would stoop to that level. I received my 360 and the wireless controller. Once I received the 360, I started my email complaints about the fulfillment shortage. After my emails started, my orders stopped coming. I kept writing and they kept ignoring. I finally got something today about the rest of my orders. Apparently, according to them, after playing fairly to get my 360 and controller, I started cheating. They're claiming that when they notice invalid activity, prizes and ticket accrual will be canceled. My account hasn't been touched. I still have all my tickets and am still able to win more. I feel that they've canceled my orders because I've bothered them too much about their own mistake. This is an outrage! I've had so many people watch me play and know for a fact that I have never cheated! I can't believe what Microsoft will do to not send out prizes! I'm embarrassed for them.

at least you got your 360, i havent received a single thing from them. I ordered a zune, vista, and a controller from them at the end of november. I played legit, it took me a month and a half. I originally wanted a 360 but they took it off as soon as i hit 35k. I tried emailing them but i haven't even gotten a response. I though they got rid of cheaters when they put up capchas.

Also in the help section, it says that they have a "set of criteria by which invalid activity is easily identified." I think they look for constants like an account gets 1000+ tickets a day from exactaly 1:23:45 pm to 6:34:56 every day. Since you are human and are not constant to a tee, they know your legit.

Unless someone else has had any other experience, thats what i'm guessing.

I just got that email today too. I hope they still send it since it was to a previous prize, prior to them deciding I was cheating.

My ticket numbers shouldn't have been exact. Some days I played and others, I didn't. And on days I did play, I played at different hours and for different lengths of time. It was never the same. I mean, it took me 2 months to accrue 6750 tickets. I also always typed in their security code. Yet, they still say I was cheating. It doesn't make any sense to me. I still feel it's because I kept bothering them about the 360 bundle.

And as for anagramsolved, I have no idea if anyone has been caught using it. I didn't use anything, so I'm no help there.

Heh. I just got the shipping email for the controller I got back before Christmas. Was kinda hoping it was for the webcam I ordered since, or the Arcade Unplugged I ordered before it.

Ok here is my question for everyone. After getting the email about checking prize orders and cancelling ticket accruals or whatever they say for cheating or whatnot (which I actually played 39150 tickets legit). I checked my account and I had 4150 tickets in the bank. I ordered a Xbox 360 controller just to see if things were not messing with me and yet I got a confirmation number and everything sent to my email again. Do you think I am actually going to receive the controller?

To make a long story short I honestly believe they are saying that I am cheating so they don't have to give me the xbox, whereas they will more than less likely still send me the controller. I will keep everyone updated on this story.

I agree. I think they accuse people of cheating to avoid giving out prizes. They didn't zero my account or stop ticket accrual either. I think they're full of it.

i think they are less lineant on the smaller prizes like controllers, etc. and are more strict with their big prizes like 360s, zunes, etc.
I don't know about that. I got the 360 without any problems. Now they're trying to avoid giving me the small prizes I ordered. Nothing they do really makes any sense to me.

The best way would be to develop your own bot. Honestly, it's not worth it to actually earn the tickets, because you probably won't get your prize. This site was cool back in the beginning, but now it just sucks. I don't even know why people still go there.

if you use anagramssolved and you use flexicon, you can get 400-500 per hour if you sit down and do the game the whole time. But you can only get just morthan 15k that way. If you are going for the 360, you also need to play chicktionary and crosswire, which will equal about 300-400 per hour. If you can devote about 3 hrs a day to it, you can hit the 1k limit each day and get the 360 in about 35 days.

The fastest way to do flexicon is just to do them without anything. Its really easy to solve and once you get the hang of it, you see alot of answers being repeated, like oslo, oreo etc. If you do them yourself you have more fun anyway instead of mindlessly entering answers.

This is how i did flexicon. I searched the flexicon via www.anagramssolver.com. Then i went to the first segment and typed in the answers. I would type in the longer answers than the short answers. Then when i have it all in, i would click 5 of the blue search boxes and waited about 3 seconds then click the others. Press TAB, repeat. Its a long process, but patience is a virtue XD.

The captcha is the security code that pops up every once in awhile. It's supposed to ensure that a person is playing and not a bot.

I was playing and accruing more than 1000 per day before I realized they had imposed the limit and all my prizes are smaller prizes. That's the only thing I did that would've gone against their terms and conditions. I think they're making it up as they go along.

BTW, my husband got is Zune the day after Christmas. He also got the racing game for the 360 about a week ago.

That's why I said PROBABLY. Some people do get prizes. But those that actually work hard for prizes, are ripped off for 'cheating'. When in reality, Microsoft is just too cheap to hand out prizes.

its a good pace. i did flexicon in 2-3 mins with anagrams and with chicktionary i can do one in 3 mins and rack up 100 tickets in 15 mins. im 2000 away from finishing all the chicktionary and will start on crosswire. Crosswire will be more clicking than typing so it will probably be slower.

And with the ticket limit, i have experienced an "invisible" ticket limit. i can keep going after the 1000 tickets and at a certain point it will say i have done all the puzzles. Then at the new ticket day, it lets me get more.

i ordered 6 controllers to the same house about a week ago. i just made little misspellings to my address each time. i also live in a house and not an apartment so i put #1 and #2 etc in the apt field. the mailman will deliver to me regardless because i've done that with other things which have address restrictions. in 3 weeks we'll see if that worked.

There was a GPS available for only a very short time. It was there when they added the camcorder and the iRobot Roomba Vacuum Cleaning Robot. There was a glitch and the prizes were showing up for zero tickets. They fixed the glitch and did not put the GPS back as a prize.

I was done with Flexicon and Chicktionary, but I check them pretty much every day for new puzzles. Only 9 new Flexicons for me last night. After I blew through those, I went to new Chicktionary puzzles...and the third one started repeating for me. I hate to turn down easy points, but I don't want to give them any reason to deny me a 360 (8700 points away!).

EDIT: I finished 3 of the HAMSTER puzzles. I started it up a couple more times to see if it would move on to a new puzzle, but it didn't, so I closed them down.

I haven't ordered a case so the "*Limit one item per household (based on account holder address) of each hardware and software product" confuses me. Any knowledge?
