so i received an email today from live search club saying that a package was sent via fedex yesterday and is scheduled to arrive on the 22nd. the only thing i ever ordered from this particular email addy was the xbox 360 without all the promised extras. a few days back i got an email saying that they were gonna send out the extras so i'm thinking that's what is on it's way. so... good news for the 360 peeps, i guess we'll get those games and more importantly the 1 year gold subscription. it would be great if they messed up and sent me another 360 though :P

Yo since my account can't play Chicktionary, can I just make a new account to play it? I'd be ordering a Zune case for my Zune, using the same address as my main account. I haven't ordered a case so the "*Limit one item per household (based on account holder address) of each hardware and software product" confuses me. Any knowledge?

you can create another account and earn points for the case and send it to your house yes. with my primary email i ordered a 360, then setup another account to earn a controller. all of which went to the same address.

Well, I didn't get the email with a tracking number. They did send me the sorry for not sending the whole bundle email, but no tracking number for me. I find it amazing that they'd accuse me for cheating when I did every puzzle on my own. No anagramsolved or anything. Some puzzles took me awhile to complete and I typed in every captcha. I'm not sure what red flags they're looking for, but I can't imagine how I raised them. Now they're ignoring all my emails. After sending two prizes, like on my account, they've stopped sending prizes to my husband. I think I'm done with Microsoft.

Considering the 360 won't be available until april (thats what it says on the site) i'm in no rush to get my 35k points. Everything else there is pretty much useless to me, I would have gotten a zune but i already got a video ipod during christmas.

I wish they would add some more prizes though.

I also only care for the 360 bundle. That is why I ordered it, even though it was on back order by then. In a sense, I am glad that I did order it when I did. Just in case if when it returns as a prize, it might only be the 360 system itself, and not a bundle.

as for the multiple accts same address questions, i'm not sure of anything but here is everything i have done so far:

main acct: late october ordered the 360. received it early december. sent it to my mom's house.

(now that i had the 360 i needed more controllers)

early december created a 2nd acct: ordered and received a controller sent to my apartment. ordered and received a controller sent to my mom's house.

i was going to save enough for the camcorder till i saw the reviews, i had 15,000+ points saved up.

sent 1 controller to my cousin's house. 1 controller to my friend's house. sent 4 controllers to my mom's house making tiny misspellings and adding a fake apt number to each order. have not received any of them yet. but they were all ordered late december/early january.

based on what someone said earlier in this forum, not sure who and don't want to go looking, he said that he sent multiple controllers to his house to sell them and received them all. that is why i'm GUESSING it's okay. but i can't tell you for sure until i get my order in. although, i have not received any emails from them saying i'm fraudulent or anything of that nature.

I can't believe people are whining about not having Flexicon solutions. They aren't that difficult.

And as far as the broken Chicktionary goes, I wonder how they'll treat people who max out the HAMSTER puzzle? I mean on the one hand, it seems like cheating. But on the other hand, this one definitely isn't the player's fault.

Looks like they sent me the games afterall. I didn't get a shipping confirmation though. I now have 2 copies of Halo 3 and PGR3. Not the greatest substitution, but better than nothing.

Nope, didn't cheat. Honestly, the puzzles are easy enough that I have no need to cheat. It really doesn't matter though. I've seen honest players like myself and my husband get falsely accused of cheating and have our prizes canceled and admitted cheaters continue to get their prizes. At this rate, maybe I should've cheated. I'd probably have a better chance of getting all my prizes.

But, now for my complaint, I ordered a zune on nov 24 of 07, said I'd get it jan 19th of 08. Jan 19th came and passed, and I started to send daily e-mails as to where it was and why I didn't have it. Well, "surprise" I get the reply that I had cheated and the zune and case were cancelled. To add, I did play legitimately.

So, I ask that if I still send daily e-mails proclaiming my innocence, does anyone think there is a chance they will listen and give me my prize? Or am I just better off making a new account, ordering a new zune, and sending it to my grandparents house?

i think he's referring to the fact that if you keep the game window open you can keep playing. when i was doing it, usually it was around the 1500 mark that it capped me for the day.

For the two posts above mine,

bio: don't expect a second e-mail to come with your tracking and shipping info, they say they will send it, but they never do, or you get it a week after your prize has been delivered to you. Then, just to add, since your ordered a controller, those are delivered fairly quickly.

Hell, Yes, there was a glitch with chicktionary a week ago or so, where if you had completed most if not all of the games and were able to play, the only game that would come up was the "hamster" puzzle, you could complete it but the next game was always another hamster puzzle. And now it looks like they finally figured it out that the puzzle repeated itself.

From what I understand, you have to max out on a few of the games to get the 360. What are the best ones? I was planning on doing Chicktionary, Flexicon, and CrossWire.

Also, do you guys know if anagramssolved.com is going to get some more answers soon? Too be honest, I don't have the patience for some of these puzzles. I'm also really bad at them.

The three games that you listed are the best ones, they are the three that gives you the best points the fastest.

Then as to when that site will get the next answers (from research not use) I would imagine it is whenever the owner updates the site.

I reached the 35K points for the 360 on another account a long while ago, I got the points a week after they took it off for a prize. But anyway, I suggest Flex (max points late 17K* early 18K), chick (late 7K early 8K) then cross (mid 10K) in that order, just because I dislike crosswire. You'll only have to max out the first two to reach 35K. But as a fair warning, thats alot of time and a lot of points, and M$ likes to cancel orders and say you cheated. And you do have till April, (unconfirmed but on LSC site) to get the points, so there's no need to rush.

Some people have said that they've received it around 3-4 weeks after they've ordered it. Could be longer or shorter for you, I can't state a fact on how fast they ship.

I may be new, but I've been reading this thread for a while now. I would like to congradulate all those who have received their x-box and games, finally.

But, now for my complaint, I ordered a zune on nov 24 of 07, said I'd get it jan 19th of 08. Jan 19th came and passed, and I started to send daily e-mails as to where it was and why I didn't have it. Well, "surprise" I get the reply that I had cheated and the zune and case were cancelled. To add, I did play legitimately.

So, I ask that if I still send daily e-mails proclaiming my innocence, does anyone think there is a chance they will listen and give me my prize? Or am I just better off making a new account, ordering a new zune, and sending it to my grandparents house?

I've been writing to incentive logic and Microsoft for almost a month declaring my innocence. They continue to ignore my emails and I'm still not getting my prizes. My guess is, they've noticed the 2 accounts with the same mailing address and stopped sending my husband his prizes too. I haven't played since they first accused me of cheating and don't plan to. I know that's probably no what you want to hear, Gentay. I hope you have better luck.

Just tell your landlord that you might be receiving a package. He can let the tenants know. They won't open it, as it's a $10,000 fine for tampering with mail.

hmm its iffy. it's on the border of a cheat but doesn't automatically does stuff on the game for you. I agree with the search slowdown. Goggle is much better XD

steven, i ordered the lx-3000 headset and i got it in 23 days(about 3 weeks) and since u ordered both at one time i suppose, it will take more than 3 weeks to arrive. but i think it will arrive.

i've seen the two headsets on the prize list, the lx-3000 (one that fits on your head) and the zx-6000 (the one that fits on your ear). From anyone's experience, which one fits more comfortable?

For those who read my earlier post, I mentioned that I was still going to contact M$ about my missing zune even after they said I cheated. Everytime I play any game, such as Flexicon, the same error always pops up. I can't somehow earn any tickets. I even tried logging in using the Live Search Toolbar to earn some tickets through searching but I can't seem to earn any.

I also tried logging in using different computers and browsers (cookies and cache emptied first) with updated Adobe Flash but the same thing keeps on happening. It's been more than 4 days since this first began to happen.

Anybody in here experience what I'm currently experiencing as well?

Ok. So many users are affected by this "Communication Error" thing. What seems to be the matter? I mean Frog Ribs's newly created account is not affected but the old one is. Is this 'account lockup' caused by Microsoft accusing users of cheating? No bots or hacks used on my part. All games were legit. What's the remedy to this issue?

All you can really do is order it and hope it goes through OK. Just be patient for at least 3 months then start the complain train :)

yeah, thanks for the update, that's encouraging that at least they have some kind of email dedicated to dealing with it. i'm thinking they'll prob get their shite together sometime in feb. january is kind of a slack month cause the fiscal year is starting over, but in feb they should come through.

Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be an error like on Seekadoo. They've known of that problem since some time last year and they haven't fixed it. I don't think it's really a priority for them. If you think about it, as long as you play and not receive your tickets, they still get the credit for the searches and you get nothing.

For an update, the LSC website is down. If you try to go to it, it gives you the error has occured customer service page. It happened around 11 am. hopefully they are fixing the game problem.

If your using FF, it does that. I was able to glitch it by typing REALLY fast, then for some reason after that, it would stop forcing me to click. If it doesn't work, use IE just for it.

There is a way do have it where you dont have to click every time. I think the way I did it was when I opened the Chicktionary page, I let it load till my browser said "Done". If you try to play the game before hand, I think whatever process the web page goes through screws up.

And ditto on the 360! You'll be there before you know it!

I ordered my XBOX360 Bundle in early December. It was out of stock then and it was just before they did away with the bundle entirely.
I received it this week.

I should also note that it didn't include ANY of the games or the XBL Gold membership. What WAS included was Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Forza2.

I suppose they are going to ship the XBOX's to those who ordered by date.
All of those who ordered in December will probably be getting it soon.

I've been reading this thread ever since the bundle first disappeared in November or October. I just now registered.

Yes I agree it is a waste of time. I was playing since the start and they accused me of cheating as well. The only thing that I can think that would raise a flag on me is that on crosswire I never used the clues, I just kept clicking until I got things right. I think I might set up another account to get a controller, but no way will I ever invest enough time to get 35,000 tickets ever again. Let alone the additional 4,000 I earned in case I actually got my 360.

good news, i got the two controllers today that went to my friend's and cousin's. so that is confirmation that using the same account, you can send the same prize to different addresses and still get them. now i have to wait to see if sending them to the same house with minor misspellings works.

Thanks for the heads-up! The background on Spelling Bee is a bit offsetting and the "word/duplicate" indicator in Word Slugger is oddly placed but both function exactly the same as Chicktionary so those are minor issues. It's nice that the developers are creating different games, albeit clones with different skins for now, since these (and future new games) will increase the total amount of tickets one can earn.

P.S. The base hit messages based on letter count in Word Slugger is a nice touch.
