Dang.. I just ordered Rock Band a couple days ago, about the time that a few people here were getting shipping confirmations for it. I guess that means I just missed that shipment wave... and now I'll have to wait a few weeks (maybe longer? since it's an expensive prize) for it to ship :(

Damn it! The 35k points I spent on May 14 for the Xbox 360 has been refunded to my account. Now I'm sitting on 90,000 tickets with nothing to spend it on.

Although I'm sad that I won't be getting a 360 the 90k tickets saved up in my account sort of cheers me up. :) Who here can say they can buy out almost all the big ticket items in one fell swoop? hahaha

Yeah think that i am maxed out on flexicon. I went through that maxed out then four puzzles a day about two months ago. now I am around 35,000 points on flexicon and no new puzzles for the last month. i tried clearing the cache and using a different browser and still no puzzles. Have you actually maxed out the flexicon puzzles? When I had it maxed out, they were adding 4 puzzles a day, every day, but I haven't had it maxed out for a while, and I can't confirm if they are still adding puzzles and when they stopped adding puzzles. If it's not actually maxed out (something around 25,000 points, maybe even 30,000ish, try it on a different computer/browser, or by clearing your cache. I've had a bunch of "all puzzles completed" that went away when dumping my cache...

I'd order an Office 2007 and possibly a KitchenAid mixer. Then I'd sit on the rest of the points until magazines.com gift cards came back. Just order a bunch of those with your remaining points; you should be able to get a 360 with that.

Definitely sounds like you are maxed out. The last time you got the "four puzzles a day" was also about the time IncentiveLogic got dumped, I'm betting the two are related. Oh well, there's always chicktionary, spelling bee and word slugger...

But like double ticket day, it's probably counting a PDT day, meaning 12:00am till 11:59pm Pacific Daylight Time. Since the day gets reset at UTC 0:00 you can merge the 2 days into one PDT daylight day, MY GUESS is that's why it gets counted that way on those pages. The theoretical max then would be 1998 + whatever the highest single game can net you X 2 (80 points? 2 games of flexicon would get you 50 + 1998 = 2048), you should never see anything higher than that (unless the live search points can be added after exceeding your daily points, then tack another 20 points onto it).

I've gotten that. If you can manage to get a point or two, then quit that puzzle, the next one should be normal. At least that's how it worked for me...

I got the same puzzle. It took a couple of tries, but I finally got passed it. I also had the problem with Seekadoo, but it's gone for now.

The last thing I ordered and received took 12 days to get here. A 360 controller I received today. I ordered an IntelliMouse a day or 2 later, we'll see how long that takes. They seem to have this "shipping stuff out" thing down now.

Well this is disheartening. If they don't even know when they're shipping the backordered 360s...that probably means that 360s hitting the prize list again is ridiculously far away. Now I'm sad.

But if you don't return many items you won't get on a blacklist. Maybe if you did it a few times a week for a month flags would be raised. But a few times in a lifetime when your address is changing along with phone number they can't really keep track, but some stores are now recording driver license numbers which won't change unless you move states if I remember correctly ; )

I've bought a model higher than that one and I had to throw away the mouse.

The keyboard is good, but the mouse that I had at least was VERY shakey. That was when the reciever was 3 inches away as well and using different channels.

The keyboard works fine for me as I sit on my couch and use my tv as a monitor which is about 6 yards.

My son ordered one on his account just a few weeks ago, and we received it earlier this week. Clearly they are favoring the order that take place while they are in control, rather than while incentivelogic was in control. I have to believe incentivelogic made a big mess, and it's going to take a while to clean up.

I haven't contacted them about mine yet because my account was screwed up when the new site hit and now that it's finally fixed, I think I will...

I wouldn't say "never", but it's probably going to be a while since incentivelogic really made a mess of it. I have a feeling that due to people telling them "you sent me 2 xboxs and I only ordered 1" and such that the new company realized some of the old orders went through and some did not. They are probably looking deeper to find exactly what has shipped and what hasn't and incentivelogic probably didn't leave much in the way of "clues" for them to get it sorted out easily. And instead of shipping stuff to people that have already received it, they're going to make sure everything is straightened out before they ship that stuff out. In the meantime they'll ship out new orders that they have kept track of.

All of that is totally theory, but I bet it is pretty close to what is actually happening.

Yup, LSC is all good. Its much better than it was last year (in case you had used it last year). IncentiveLogic used to be in charge and it was terrible, but different people are running it now, and it works fine.

The headphones they send are the 'premium' headphones that go with the Zune 30. There's an updated version of the premium headphones that came out with the newer Zunes...Similar design but with some sort of woven sheath along the headphone wires that helps prevent kinks.

It seems that with these types of "in-the-ear" headphones, you either like them or you hate them. Other companies make similar style earbuds....I've used the Sony ones and like them. But they feel almost the same in my ears as Microsoft's.

The headphones they send are the 'premium' headphones that go with the Zune 30. There's an updated version of the premium headphones that came out with the newer Zunes...Similar design but with some sort of woven sheath along the headphone wires that helps prevent kinks.

It seems that with these types of "in-the-ear" headphones, you either like them or you hate them. Other companies make similar style earbuds....I've used the Sony ones and like them. But they feel almost the same in my ears as Microsoft's.

Not exactly... the Zune 30 and Zunes 4 and 8 only come with regular earbuds. The Zune 80 comes with the premium ear buds, but I'm not sure if they are the first or second version. Also not sure which version LSC is shipping out... (of course, I might of miss understood this, and you meant that the premium ones that are shipping are the ones that come out at the same time as the Zune 30 but were not packaged with them; if so, I don't know that for sure until I get mine).

and if you go WAY to fast, you'll get them in the middle of the game, in a different format. Sometimes I'll get on a roll, and they will stop me with one of those, because I resemble a bot

I have this gutsy feeling that the Xbox 360 may come back. The reason why, is that the E3 Expo (Electronic Entertainment Expo) is right around the corner and rumor has it that Microsoft will unveil a new Xbox 360 with a bigger hard drive and discontinuing the 20GB version... In saying that maybe LSC will bring back the 360 and help them get rid of the 20GB (Premium) version to make way for this "newer" version that is rumored. That would be sweet, but I'm skeptical...my guess would be that it's more like the Pro Bundle on Amazon that includes Forza 2 and Marvel Alliance, that is at least closer to on par with their price to ticket ratio.

I hope the 360 listing stays up (meaningfully) through the weekend. I'm about 3,800 short of it right now. Too bad I already ordered (and quickly received) the controller and premium Zune ear buds, as I'd have an order in place for a console otherwise. I like them, but I have less concern about them going out of stock quickly than the 360.

on a side note, when i got my 360 from club live it said it was a pro bundle. i got 1 controller and 1 headset, like any normal purchase. and then a few months later i got halo 3, pgr 3, and kameo from them since they never sent games with the original purchase. also, never received the gold subscription. if i had to guess, i'm thinking you won't get the subscription, o/w they would have sent them out to the original 360 orderers, like they did with the games. but i'm guessing you'll get the same 3 games. or maybe gow instead of halo 3 since it's on the ms retailer site as a prize too.

I suppose this means the Xbox 360 isn't covered by the 3 year general hardware failure warranty (RRoD) or any warranty whatsoever.

Warranties are manufacturer provided, all normal warranties still apply. All the are saying is if it break, we aren't fixing it. Much like Wal-Mart (or most retailers) after 90 days...
