They apparently shipped Rock Band from Louisville, Kentucky. I'm in Cincinnati, OH which explains why it made it here so fast.


They ship EVERYTHING from Louisville. Because that is where UPS' main hub is located. A lot of companies that ship products as their main business often set up their businesses in major shipping hubs. Like Louisville for UPS or Tennessee for Fed Ex.

Don't sweat that. I am waiting for my camcorder (ordered May 7) to actually leave their warehouse. I got a shipping e-mail on July 18. So we are almost at TWO WEEKS since they gave me a tracking number, yet it is still saying Biling Information Received. I also had Office, Kameo and a controller saying that for like 3 days before they finally shipped and arrived today.

I know my account is not flagged because I also got the ergonomic keyobard/mouse yesterday frm the same account as the camcorder order and I ordered that after,

Besides, if you were flagged, they wouldn't print out a shipping label. Once they do that they have already paid UPS for the postage.

Basically, our packages got kicked in a corner or something and are lost. I e-mailed them and they finally said htey are looking into it and please be patient.

I use an anagram solver and have had no problems receiving any of my prizes.

Nah it's fine, as long as you type in the codes that come up if you go too fast. I use anagram solvers for all my puzzles.

My camcorder did the same thing and then just showed up without showing that it moved from there lol.

It was attempted to be delivered yesterday while I was out but my wife was half nekkid and didn't answer the door :) It needed a signature but they'll be retrying delivery today after 5:00p. I'm in Texas. Looks like it went from KY to MO and then to a city outside of my town departing 7/24. I was really shocked! Less than 2 weeks! I'll post pics/info when I get it

You mean what does it come with? Answer: Nothing. Absolutely nothing. A couple of very short demos on the hard drive. But no games.

Microsoft and Sony need to think to hte past like Nintendo. Let's fazce it, the NES would not have sold nearly as many units if people didn't get Super Mario Bros with it. Same with Wii Sports. Even Sega benefitted from having Sonic.

I can understand them only shipping one controller since the 360 is for the most part a solo player game (solo in person, I mean. Obviously multi when you factor in online.) But to not have SOME game is ridiculous. And I would really say probably not even a good financial move.

Damn...they got their zune shipped in a box. Mines was shipped in a padded yellow envelop. As least the packing list portion of the shipping label wasn't used with mine.

Yes, it's the new Ergonomic one for 11,500 tickets. As for gaming, I'm not really sure about its performance in that area. My brother is more of a gamer than I am, so I'll let him try it out and I'll tell you what he says. I can, however, vouch for the increased easiness in typing. I live in Georgia, so it only takes a few days for LSC stuff to reach me.

I'd say they update their prizes every few months. No one knows when something new will go up so I can't say for certain. The camera is the biggest prize they ever put up recently at 40k and before that it was the Xbox 360 for 32,500 tickets.

I just got my 360/Windows controller today and my Kameo game is scheduled by UPS for tomorrow. I don't have the order dates because the Club Live site is down but I think I remeber them.

Kameo's shipping time is WAY shorter than the controller but I tracked it and it's over halfway here. It took a couple days for the controller to actually get on the truck.

I'd post pics but my camera is the worst you've ever seen and it's out of batteries. But the controller looks just like this only with a Club Live sticker on the back, the standard 'Prize Enclosed' paper, and a sheet of bubble wrap.

The words on the packaging were pretty illegible other than my address (which I cropped out) Just wanted to show how mine looked compared to that other pic where you could see "Zune 30GB". And yes I had to sign for it, otherwise I would've gotten it the day before :(

They update prizes after they start running out of the other ones. There isn't really a set day, but it is slow. The average price for a nice prize is 20,000 tickets. You can usually get something decent like a zune with 20,000 tickets, but I would save 30,000 tickets if you really want something nice.

of course the zune heats up its a hard drive inside a case and if you dont want zune deleteing ur items dont remove them from ur pc becuase when you re connect it they will be deleted if they are not found by the zune

That's odd. I'm having the same problems with my Microsoft wireless mouse. I was thinking about getting the wired mouse to replace my current one. Interesting. If that's the case, that could be a defect in their mice and not just the wired ones.

Dude, outside of an actual commercial level mixer, its the best one you can buy (it'll cost you between $225-250 for it in a store). You do need to pick up some attachments though to get the full use out of it. But its a hard to beat and Kitchen Aid makes quality products.

Yes, a friend of mine told me it was gone. She wanted to get one. The tumblers come and go. They were here last year when I first started playing and disappeared for a little while.


I did finally hear back about the pen packs I ordered 10 1/2 weeks ago. Their now saying it may take up to 12 weeks to process and deliver orders. I can't believe it's taking so long for such a small prize.

My husband received an email about them sending the wrong shirt. They don't read their emails. We tell them they sent the wrong prize and they send him the same reply they sent me about the pens. It's frustrating trying to get answers out of them.

I think something's wrong with the site. This is the second puzzle tonight that won't give me my points, and before it started, it froze at the captcha, then loaded 3 on top of each other. I got the first one right, it loaded another, I got that one right but the little picture was off the side of the window, and the third one I got right. Just great.

You don't have to install avant. You just need .NET to run the Visual Basic Script. (it works)

Thanks for answer for me. Anyway, if you have Vista or XP I think its pre-installed. Try downloading the file and see if there is a scroll for the icon. If there is, double click the file and it will ask for permission to run. Click ok and then you have about 2 seconds to click on flexicon (make sure flexicon is highlighting the first clue horizontally), or chicktionary/word slugger/spelling bee flash window. I think that is all.

Anyone with this KB&M know how it turns off? I don't see any on/off switch. I assuming it turns off when I turn the computer off but I just want to be sure. I don't want it be a battery hog.

It doesn't turn off, it lasts months don't worry about it, I think it has a sleep mechanism built into it.

Can you check if they're refurbish? If you remove the face plate, the sticker in the middle should be gold if it's new and white if it's refurbish.

ok, I ordered Kameo on March 30, 2008. They said to give it 12 weeks to ship, but I just realized that it's been about 19 weeks. I sent a message through their feedback, but is there no other way to contact them? I really don't feel that I'm going to be getting a useful response from using the feedback system.

I have the Canon Power Shot. For me it was worth every point. It is last years model but I haven't read any bad feedback at all on it.
I don't mind it being last years. I never could have afforded it except for LSC. It works great for me and I haven't explored all the things I can do with it yet.

Hi everyone! First post, decided to make an account and share Club Live orders/shipments.

Ok, on two different accounts, my sister and I ordered 2 controllers, and Kameo. My sister ordered a controller, and I ordered another, plus Kameo.

We traded our tickets on 7/16, got a confirmation e-mail on the same day.

We got a shipping confirmation on 7/25, and our items arrived on 7/31, thought we didn't get our stuff till around 8/4, since I shipped them somewhere other than my P.O. Box, and the people I sent it to were never home to sign for the controllers. I got Kameo on 7/31 though, so yeah, hope this info helps. (Though I took a while. :P)

I got mine in today, and it looks like a refurb. Manufacture date was in 2006. That's disappointing.

Wow, that sucks. I ordered Kameo at the very beginning of July and got it last week, so you should have had yours awhile ago. I got a shipping confirmation email for it, it came UPS. Hopefully you'll get it straightened out.

I ordered it 7/19/2008 and got it last week.
I sure wish they would add a flat screen monitor to the prizes :)
