Well, I never order an 360 but the Zune I got looks to be refurbish. The two stickers overlapping each other with the serial number and barcodes is probably a good indication that my Zune has change serial numbers at least twice.

Did you order 2 xboxes? and did it come with the games also?
Yes two and it came with no games. Luckily I had previously ordered and received PGR3, Kameo and Rockband.
Can you check if they're refurbish? If you remove the face plate, the sticker in the middle should be gold if it's new and white if it's refurbish.
It's a silver Microsoft sticker right below the circle of light.

Thanks for answer for me. Anyway, if you have Vista or XP I think its pre-installed. Try downloading the file and see if there is a scroll for the icon. If there is, double click the file and it will ask for permission to run. Click ok and then you have about 2 seconds to click on flexicon (make sure flexicon is highlighting the first clue horizontally), or chicktionary/word slugger/spelling bee flash window. I think that is all.

The XBOX I got from LSC jus has a silver "Microsoft" sticker, holding a part together by the power button on the console, not on the back of the faceplate (meaning it's new). It's a falcon. I doubt they are sending out Refurbs, but if they are, I'm lucky. The Zune I got looked brand new, no serial covering, no box abuse, etc.

ok, I ordered Kameo on March 30, 2008. They said to give it 12 weeks to ship, but I just realized that it's been about 19 weeks. I sent a message through their feedback, but is there no other way to contact them? I really don't feel that I'm going to be getting a useful response from using the feedback system.

I haven't found another way to contact them and no, you won't get a useful response from them. I don't think they even read the emails. They're probably just scanning the emails for key words and sending out form letters to answer what they think is your question. They sent my husband the wrong shirt and I've emailed them 3 times. The first time, they said it would take up to 12 weeks to receive my prize. The second time, they said they can't change my prize order. I just sent the third email, so I don't know what they'll say. Probably nothing useful. Good luck getting an answer out of them.

When LSC first started, I told myself that it was all about the Zune and figured out I could get one in about two months without a bot. Yeah, I lasted a week before I got bored and quit for a year.

Points are not real money, they cost Microsoft nothing to make and nothing to distribute, and they have no value outside of Microsoft services. That's a lot cheaper to MS than all of the prizes up there now. That being said if they were ever going to put points up I think they would have done it already.

Another change, they reorganized and redesigned some of the prizes; tshirts are zoomed in so you can see the design, the card packs are weird, and multi colored prizes are now in drop down boxes.

I email UPS about the package and they told me that I should contact the shipper of the package and request that they initiate an investigation. Billing information was received on 07/28/2008 and the orgin scan was from LOUISVILLE, KY on 07/29/2008 at 9:20 P.M.
I never received my package and the tracking information was never updated past the orgin scan stage.

You have 3 people to thank for these emails you all recently got. Myself, Greshmahg, and his girlfriend. We filed a 2nd joint suit against Incentive Logic earlier this year (led by Gresh since he's actually an attorney) for additional damages on top of what we already got from Microsoft, and seeking class status. You're all getting prizes as part of the settlement he negotiated last month so as to avoid class action status against Incentive Logic (who couldn't afford to defend something like that).

Yes, those emails are real. Yes, you're really getting your prizes ("at least 1 per household"). If you ordered 300 copies of Vista, they're probably going to catch it and only send you 1, but you're going to get something. Enjoy.

I mix in a little video gaming from time to time. I'm stuck on a PC (no 360 for me yet, but once they bring it back...) so I'm a bit limited. Either way, I'm watching some 24 to try and catch up before the new season, though I've been "multi tasking" the 24 with LSC, it's nice to be focused on just the 24, at least for one night...

honestly.. I think mine is a refurbished. You know those rubber bases that it uses when it's set horizontally? If you look at one of them closely, there's a piece of plastic that's been chipped away on mine. You need to take off that rubber thing first if you want to even open your 360 in the first place. You're still limited to 3 hardware and software titles to the same address regardless of how many accounts you have. That's it. We have 3 accounts to the same address and haven't had any problems.

I do, I've ordered tons of stuff, no problems. Read the ToS, you can't have multiple accounts for dirty reasons, but nothing wrong with more than one person in a household playing on different accounts...

Yes, multiple accounts can deliver stuff to the same address.

Yes, you can get 3 of each hardware/software item* to one billing address, regardless of accounts.

Am I completely sure? Yes, as I have stated, there are 3 accounts (my wife, my son and myself) with various items delivered to my house. Some items are unique to that account, others are repeats of stuff I have ordered from other accounts. I ordered 2 controllers on one account and 1 controller on another, all delivered to my house, with ZERO problems. 2 Zunes, same account, same address, no problems. Am I missing something? This is really very simple...

*does not include items such as ringtones, gift cards, airline miles, Shirts, hats, etc.

Yes, I am absolutely sure you can have multiple accounts shipping to the same address. My husband, son, and I all have our own accounts and have our prizes shipped to one address. We've never had any problems. As long as you haven't created another account to avoid limits, you're fine.

I was online at LSC the other night too and was amazed that the tickets just kept coming. I kind of get a feel for when I should be through, so I knew I was getting more points than was allowed for the day, but it happened before and they didn't take those additional points away (they better not!!! Not for me anymore. I actually "lost" 1,000 tickets because of the updated reset time. When they changed it, I couldn't play that day because of the ticket limit message keep popping up even though the last 1k tickets I got was the night before. I waited until 5:00 pm. I sent them a email about it but they haven't answer me yet.

The RRoD warranty does not show up on your warranty page. I just sent mine in a week ago after flipping out because I got the RRoD after my warranty was expired. I called 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and they said I was completely covered, free of charge because of the 3 year RRoD extension.

So before you give up hope, give them a call.

Also, each new console you recieve from the repair center has an additional 1 year warranty. (Not sure if it gets a new 3 year RRoD or not though.)

I absolutely adore my Canon. I haven't yet learned all there is to it but it sure beats my old kodak :)
It is about the size of a deck of cards. And a really nice big viewing window.You can do a lot of things with it. I just need to stop being lazy
and start learning.

yes the zune premium head phones i think i only seen them up the day they put them up and a day or 2 after but i could be wrong

still can't :( well i was gonna try and play later at night to see if i could get some extra tickets hoping the 1000 ticket limit thing wouldnt come up but the account i was trying to play on was allowing me to get tickets earlier today but when i got on later it wasnt allowing me to. I had previously played last night and wuit around 3 a.m. EST.

I think actions like that are what shuts down games like this. These are -prizes-, not purchases. You're getting it for free, just be glad they didn't return a response like 'due to suspicious behavior, you're hosed.'

It all really depends on what you ordered. I ordered a backpack on 7/23 and sent a really mean letter to them on 8/1 and they sent me a shipping confirmation 2 hours later but they shipped it on 7/29 i felt bad about it but not really since i ordered 3 shirts on 7/26 and didnt get them yet.

This is still total BS... I worked hard for these prizes and demand mine fast. These are not free, we work for them. I demand faster shipments and compensation from microsoft. Like 10k points for my pain and suffering.
