There is a "flexicon helper" which isn't a macro, it just basically allows you to press enter to check your answers... so you don't have to keep moving the mouse. you can stick to the keyboard the whole time.

Yes but they can resize/rearrange the buttons or the layout to throw off macros and make them no longer function.

unless each game resizes differently (which i doubt microsoft would do) you can just make a new macro for the resized game.......and so far they havent resized or done anything to get the macros to stop working (cause the old ones still work)

A Crosswire macro was able to detect when the middle 20-ticket box thing appeared to click it, so it could probably detect the code thing.

Maybe if it was like the randomized image code similar to the ones when you sign up for an email address.

Sorry but if you read it its about how you can connect a controller to your computer, which is cool, but if you just get a controller it comes with the same 360 wireless reciever thats let you do the same thing. I think that if you don't confirm your email address before you order prizes (they send you an email usually after you set up your account welcoming you, and then a few hours later they ask you to confirm the addy) then you won't get a conf email when you redeem a prize...or the servers are slammed with everyone scamming vistas.

the cap is worthless. people macroing will continue to do so, and it just limits the amount of time that people who play legit have to do so. Example, I can't play tomorrow during the day at all for my 1000 points, and have to work on Thursday. Joe Macro can just fire up his cheats every night at 11pm and go to bed, waking up with a 1000 points that legit players can't do. I can't parse out my day to have the time to play 50 games of Chix daily to keep up.

If MS would fix their shit it would be nice. I'm sick of using the damn mouse in flexicon.

I'm also sick of the double letter BS during Chix, and it would be NICE if the backspace key was consistent in that game. Sometimes it takes me back one letter, sometimes 3, sometimes all the way.

Yeah thats what happened with me. Once you play 50 or so times you get an idea of the word bank they use and its fairly easy to figure out which word goes where.

again, no point in taking puzzles away though unless you actually want to help the macro-ers. people using the slow crosswire cheat will benefit from this. someone will come out with a slow chickbot that doesn't do 7k in 10 min or whatever, but looks like joe enduser typing away at 10 clicks per minute. I have went through about 10 pairs of ipod headphones and the zune's have last longer than all of them. I lost a nano, and the first zune was stollen.

There is really no need for macros...I'm kinda glad that they capped points and the old thread was deleted. If I can get 24k in 5 days with no macros, then there is probably no need for macros. You can still get stuff.

Asking over and over won't change things, though. Vista is backordered from June 20th and nothing has changed since then from what I've seen. Other items are also backordered, but who knows how long any of this would take. Expect it by the dates they give you, if it comes earlier, then great.

I just hopped on this message thread again to ask the same question. I got one timed 8:31AM today - blank. I repied to it to see what it was about, but the address bounced. I'm going to write the general address (posted one page 1 of this thread) to see what's going on.

I figure/hope it's on of 2 things. I ordered my Zune on Tuesday morning, but never got the confirmation e-mail. So, I was hoping this blank mail was either a failed attempt at sending that confirmation, or a messed up shipping confirmation. If I get a response, I'll post back here...

However, now that I check it is from the same address that sent me my shipping confirmation for my first Vista. Hotmail had blocked the original one saying it may be unsafe to open, but when I did open it had my FedEx tracking # and everything else. So most likely these are shipping confirmations that perhaps due to the volume going out just got messed up?
