Fireform extension (http://fireform.free.fr/en/about.html) for firefox
I like Roboform the best, but it is a password and form filler. I don't think any of those mentioned above are what you are looking for.
I'll be surprised if there was a full fledged survey filler.

I use the Firefox extension. It's okay, but often it can be incompatible with a certain site and so it might fill in the wrong info in the wrong boxes or just not fill a certain part in at all.

Between RoboForm and the Firefox extension, Robo is the better application. It's more robust when it comes to filling in private data (name, phone#s, ect). I've got some details and the download location in my thread: http://cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=130273

Totally Agree, but today you pay for the niceties. GiveAwayoftheDay is offering a pretty nice Password manager called Sticky Password for FREE that acts pretty much like RoboForm, maybe better in some regards. You can find it here: http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/?gp=1172780232
