If you have a Half Price Books in your town they sell Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance (PC) for $5 brand new if they have it in stock.

That's why I said if they have it in stock, because none of my local stores have had it for a couple months. But if you know someone who lives near a Half Price books, have them check for you.
