Can someone please tell me what the hell this person is saying?

"I got the package in good condition shipping price was reasonable got it in good time but it does not work.All my other ganes work fine but not this one i recieved from you, it pops up with software terminated and gives me a 1-800 number which i called but it/s no use all automated plz respond. to see if i can get another copy or work something out plz. thx"

What is he talking about? Software terminated and an 800 number? Is he trying to stick a playstation disc in a computer or something? I have never heard of this.

playstation game. Yugioh Forbidden Memories

If a PS1 game doesn't work, it doesn't say anything about software terminated or give an 800 number to call. At least that I am aware of. Could he be trying to put this in a computer or something?

There's a problem with the disk, could be a copy of the orginal, or a problem with the orginal

they had the same problem, page doesn't translate well but you can make it out in bits and peices
