The metroid was priced at $26.99 and the other two had no prices, but once she checks them out at the cash register it should ring up $19.99. Final fantasy 1 and 2 for the GBA is on sale for $20 too.

Big thanks to the OP, I managed to get Castlevania: Lament of Innocence (PS2, $5), Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Aresenal (PS2, $5), Jak 3 (PS2, $5), Metroid Zero Mission (GBA, $10), and Tony Hawk's Ungerground 2 (PSP, $10). I was looking to get Shadow of Rome and Rogue Galaxy but the stock listings on the website were innacurate and they were out of stock on Shadow of Rome and couldn't even find Rogue Galaxy, even though it was in their inventory. I also saw a couple games that weren't on the website: Smart Bomb (PSP, $9) and Darkstalker Chronicles (PSP, $10). I'd imagine those two are very YMMV though.

I'm glad this hasn't been ported over to RFD. I went by yesterday and picked up NHL 06 (GC) and Tiger Woods 06 (GC) for $10 each. They still had some copies of Kirby, Yoshi, MGS, and others I can't recall. If this had been posted to RFD, there wouldn't be anything left.

I thought about getting one, but I already have one, $50 is quite a bit for an extra controller and a Pokemon game, it's only worth $15 TIV at EBG (and you need the controller), no one with a Wii will buy it, and I already have a Gamecube. I guess system link would be cool, but I'd need the cables and another TV.

I picked up Metroid: Zero Mission for a fun on Saturday. I was shocked to discover it's a 2D version of Metroid Prime with the art style, weapons and music. I thought it was just a remake of the NES Metroid. If you liked Metroid Prime and 2D games you may want to pick it up for $10.

Today I picked up the final fantasy xi hdd bundle for $20 today at the Source in Powell River. It showed in stock online and sure enough there was one available. The clerk told me, "This one is on clearance for $119.99" (regular $139.99). I asked him to scan it for me and he was quite surprised when it came up at $19.99. There is a copy of gba metroid for $10 but I passed on it.

The Source in Brampton (Bramalea City Centre, Dixie and Queen Street) had quite a selection of games, some not even advertised, for very cheap. Lots of PSP sports games like Basketball, Baseball and Soccer for under $10. I even saw a DS Kirby Canvas.

As for the price match, they just matched themselves. He bought some items at higher prices and talked them into returning some $$ after markdowns.
So umm, if you want something cheaper just buy it now. Then go back in a few weeks and see if it's cheaper, if not return and repeat :P

Looks like most of the PS2 games got price dropped. Kill.Switch, Siren, SOCOM II, etc. hit 99 cents. MGS 3 and GT4 hit $3. There's probably a few more drops.

The bigger cars are called Xmods, they are a steal for $2.99. They are much bigger then the zip zaps so you can't compare them to eachother. At stock they have ok speed, but wide turns. You would have to mod them to make the turns sharper (a simple mod)

I think I've seen these X-mods cars on clearance. A place called Liquidation World had them, they were from the Radio Shacks in Canada that went bust. They may have even had parts to mod them with as a seperate package? Can't remember, it was a while ago now. Not sure the price on these items though, although LW was clearing items in the same RadioShack aisle from $1-$5.

They don't normally publize it, the games are normally in a small corner or at the far back of the store. Not all might have them but quite a few do.

That's exactly what happened to my GBA Metroid Zero Mission, and Final Fantasy Dawn of Souls. Sometimes i feel so bad for the employees i don't buy a game even though i want it, lol.

Some of the Sources over here also have their games in a display case. When I went to get Wario Ware Touched I was lucky enough to find out that it was kept in one of those. Seems like the older the store, or the smaller it is, the more likely they are not to use one of those security cages.

Sorry, I post deals I find on GAF here right away and vice versa. Unlike RFD, there's not many GAFfers. I think there are less users there than even here. The thing is, they're all gamers too so that's why I give the deals there as well as here.

If lots of people here don't like that, then I could wait a bit. But overall I really don't think GAF impacts us at all, unlike RFD.

The site reflects the new prices, so maybe the box still has the old price? Get them to ring it up, I've had employees look stunned when they see a game with a $49.99 sticker ring up for $10.

BTW, not a lot in the Mississauga area. Check the website for stock, you'll find places slightly north of TO have a few good catches. I'm thinking of getting Final Fantasy Tactics Advance in Bolton. It says they have 3 copies!
