You don't need the second "B A" in the Konami code.

Ha! I'm sure Shoprite was the first retailer Microsoft notified about the drop. :)

For two player, yes. For one player, no.

Why don't they just drop it down to $360? Xbox 360 for $360 would work better in commercials and such.

We've known about this since last year...

I remember reading a rumor on Kotaku about a $50 drop.

Before this fire spreads any further, I'm sure this is just an isolated sale at the most obscure video game puchasing store I've ever heard of.
First Burger Kings becomes a multi million game publisher and now a Shoprite is THE place to buy a 360...what has the world come to.

UnicKuta is right in that it was rumored last year that there was going to be a price drop. Now there seems to be 'numbers' attached to this rumor. The rumor, which when tied with the now advertised ShopRite deal seems true. The price drop would make sense for competition purposes in regards to Sony. The rumored prices were "the Elite to drop from $479 to $399, the Premium to sink from $399 to $349, and the Core to fall from $299 to $249." ShopRite may have just jumped the gun or just offering a deal of their own.

Wow, what crystal ball did that person need to look into to guess that a gaming system would drop in price within a year?
Yeah, it shoudl end with 'select-start' - no?
Select is for 2 player. Start is not part of the code, it's just to skip past the splash screen.
