The 19.99 price is basicly to clear out any remaining copies although there are few left throughout the chain.

If you are thinking about picking it up for $15, and you see a copy, don't wait.

Unless you own a PS2 also since it is being released there

Viewtiful Joe is $19.99 at my local Target (Lawrence, KS) so if you are still looking to pick one up, try there.

Smugglers Run 2 for PS2 also dropped to $9.99 at Best Buy.
