Why is The Godfather Rated "M-Mature 17+ Older"? Whats so bad about that game? is there sexual content in it or just violence?

Cause of blood and violence. Mafia just had small blood spurts when you got hit but only on PS2, and PC IIRC.
Godfather you bash people heads, can choke them out from behind, and you and others get bruises, and scraps. Plus you kill a lot of people.

This game is amazing, i have only played psp version not consoles and i was impressed. Its rated M probably because of innuendo, hookers (they are wearing cloths and no you can't), language, extreme violence, guns, blood.
