Cheap xbox?

Hey - I'm short on $, so I haven't bought a new system in forever, but I'm now looking for a good deal on an xbox. Anybody have any tips.. certain website... store... price range to look for?

Game Crazy & Gamestop(I think) are selling them for $79.99 used. That's pretty much how much you'll find one online after shipping, since it's so damn heavy.

I saw one on amazon last night for fifty-somthing, but this morning it was gone. Was thinking around there... but will be more flexible if i have to.

If you haven't checked yet, visit any local Kmarts. There are still a few floating around in the wild. I can't recall if they've gone on clearance there yet but even at regular price it would be 129.99 with Forza 1.

I'd say craigslist, but you have to be careful. I picked one up a few months ago that had a bad laser, guy claimed it worked. I only paid $50 for it, with a ton of games included. I was able to get a new laser off of ebay for ~$10. Regardless, I wasn't happy, but it still worked out.

Make sure you have a way to test it before you buy it, if you go that route.
