BTW tonight has been much better than the day, I played for like 3 or 4 hours today (when I should've been reading for class...) and got 700 points and 3 faceplates and in about an hour or less of playing tonight I've already gotten 400 points and a gamepack.

I only started that recently, I tried 1 legit entry a day and got nowhere, I figure I might aswell become one with the lurkers and hoarders of CAG to attempt to get something. >_> I think I'll try later tonight after Simpsons. Also, anyone know a good type of paint to use on the type plastic the faceplates are? I believe I read somewhere vinyl (spelling?) worked well.

I didn't do too terrible, I got a faceplate and 600 points today, about the same as yesterday. Hopefully I can get a few hundred points tonight and a gamepack or so.

just got something today from them... WTF it's a faceplate?! I was supposed to get 2 gamepacks, heck even the slip inside says "Your prize is the two enclosed xbox 360 games. Approximate retail value is $100"... what a rip, calling them right now
I did a easy way to remember which ones are which. The alternate names were used for the faceplates, while I used my real name for the game packs. I checked every one of the packages to see if any were game packs and all had the alternate names. Makes me wonder if they're shipping the game packs later.

Well, back in July, I won a Dew fridge. I had missed the UPS guy, so I called Yahoo asking if I had won the frdige and told me I had won a Prime too. Knowing I had won that, I waited until about the middle of August, when I was going to undergo surgery, and called asking about alternate mailing addresses when they told me I won a second one.

Both Primes arrived on Friday. But, that was it, so I don't think I won anything besides that. (Which I am happy with - I wanted a prime for myself and one for my son.)

You can call the number on the cap (800-882-1200) and ask. There is a better number to call, but I don't have that at hand.

Well, called today to find out about the gamepacks. Apparently the faceplates were sent out first and was told the game packs were either already shipped or in the middle of being shipping(couldn't tell me where they are exactly). I was also told that I should be receiving within the next 2 weeks.

Does anyone know how to use the authorization code to check the status of a prize? The rules say:

For questions specific to your prize, please call 1-800-554-9943.
For additional questions relating to the product, please call 1-877-342-1813.

But the first number leads to the recording for a different contest, which has apparently ended, and the only option is to press 1 to get the name of the grand prize winner. The 2nd number is for the juice itself and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about when I asked about the contest.

Anyone know if there's an e-mail address or a different phone number or anything like that? It's been over six weeks since I filled out the info for my gamepack and nothing has come, so I just want to try and find the status since I still have the authorization number.

Any help is appreciated.

Not defending the guy but the reality of buying a link is that you don't know whether you're going to get the prize or not, it's not guaranteed. As long as the guy sent the link and it worked, and he was able to fill it out - he's fulfilled all of his obligation to whoever bought it. If the company doesn't send it for some reason, he can't be blamed for it.

I'd say theres still a good chance it's coming since so many people still havne't got their gamepacks period (myself included).

Actually I'd love to win the 360 pack (mainly for the accessories) so I'm really going for that, but my chances are low so I'm going to redeem every other gamepack until I get to 20 total and then I'm just going to trade every one of them (and if I get too many ms points I may be kind enough to even give some away :-P)

Last I knew GameStop only lets you trade 2 of a title in at once and if you keep trading the same ones in it gets.. suspicious.

Actually it's one game a day. Although you could just go to a different GS and trade another set in.

Anyone have any luck today? I played around 250 times at 8 this morning and got.. *drumroll* ... one 100 point code (which was in the first ten tries). That's compared to 10 codes and 3 faceplates on Tuesday and 6 codes and 3 faceplates on Wednesday all around the same time.

Not defending the guy but the reality of buying a link is that you don't know whether you're going to get the prize or not, it's not guaranteed. As long as the guy sent the link and it worked, and he was able to fill it out - he's fulfilled all of his obligation to whoever bought it. If the company doesn't send it for some reason, he can't be blamed for it.

I'd say theres still a good chance it's coming since so many people still havne't got their gamepacks period (myself included).

Umm.. Sorry, I have been away and not able to do much with the forum or the contest as of late. Any of you doubters of my links can go... I didn't do anything to scam anyone. I should have just sent in for all of the game packs myself. I was trying to help you all out by selling them at bottom dollar price.

Got 1 of 9 gamepacks today in the mail. Although someone stole the disk and booklet in Fusion Frenzy 2! When I was holding the thing (still wrapped) I noticed it was really light, and upon furthur investigation, I noticed that the side of the wrapping was slit upon. Guess it was enough to slip the contents out. I'm not too bummed out, because I still got Forza 2 and I am getting 8 other copies, but it does suck that someone actually stole it.

What really aggravates me, is that I don't know who to complain to. It wasn't like the mail packageing was open, just the plastic wrapping, so I guess this happened somewhere on Tropicana's end.

I just see alot of people being accused of unfair trades.

You have to give it time. Worse case, I would call them tomorrow and see if they can tell you if your prize shipped yet.

I agree. You cannot blame the guy that sold/traded you the code/url. Sometimes things get lost in the mail, or delivered to the wrong address. You just need to call the tropicana contest number and find out if your prize has been shipped. FYI 700 ms points is CHEAP for a gamepack prize. When you purchase one of these, you are taking a gamble. You SHOULD get the prize, but you might not. That is the price you pay for getting $90 worth of games for so cheap.

I told you to be patient. Since you wrote the information yourself and it went through successfully it's out of my hands. Like WZ Man said mail can be lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address so just give it time. 700 was the advance payment remember you still owe me a few more points but we'll talk about that when you get your gamepack.

Yea they send prizes in waves. The paperwork show up via fed ex overnight delivery, you have 1 week 1/2 to fill it out and send it. So look out for a fed ex truck, they might be showing up real soon.

i got my game pack yesterday and forza had been cut open and he disc and manual were gone any one have any contact info for them?

Same thing happened to my Fuzion Frenzy 2, but I probably won't bother calling them seeing as that game is crap. You can try and call them at 1-800-255-6850, but I don't know if it will help you at all. I mean the way I see it, anyone can just say that there disk was stolen, there is no real proof. Of course if this becomes a more prominant problem, and more than just two people call in, something might get done.

That's why you should call and at least make it known that yours was stolen. the more people who complain, the better the chances they'll do something about it.

Yeesh.

I wish changing the bezel of the 360 included the dvd tray. That would make more sense to me. If I win a faceplate, I'd have to paint it something cool instead, that just looked atrocious.

Actually, I've been playing all day and won quite a bit!

Didn't count how many times I played, but played for 6 hrs and won 3 faceplates, 2 forzas, 20 100 ms points codes.

Man, the odds definitely change hour-to-hour and you must have hit the sweet spot on Sunday. I played a couple 100 times (nowhere near 6 hours :lol:) between Friday and Sunday night and won all of 1 faceplate and 1 100 point code.

Still nothing in the mail for me, not even a faceplate, think I need to give a call. I am just worried though when you give them name and address, that they see how many prizes you win and get suspicious.
