What is the HxC exploit? Also I think it's less than 1 VIP a day on average, 200 VIPs over 280 days.

I probably do about 250-300 tries a day on average although I'm kinda addicted to it and find it hard to stop sometimes :lol:. Its got to the point where I can submit entries without really thinking about what I'm doing, like I'm on autopilot or something. I just love the feeling you get when the screen turns white for 2 seconds and you wait to see what you've won :bouncy:.

The problem I have is I live in the UK so any gamepacks or faceplates I win are no use to me since they wont ship outside the US. If I could I'd be selling them on eBay. All I really want is the MS points. If I won the VIP package I'd be very happy but would have to have it sent to one of my American relatives and then get them to post it to me.

It's not the exact beginning of the month, but within the first week or so and for me it covered everything I had won in the month before.

Do you really need more than one copy of a game? You know, I don't think so. What it really comes down to is how can you profit from it? "Oooh, I'll profit from this.." I could probably have won 3-4, but I got one gamepack, and I'm fine with that. I'm sure I could trade them into GameStop, or selll them on Craigslist, but I'm happy with what I have. Not really. The people that bought the drink for the code or for the taste (which is probably a low amount) can still enter their code on the site and COULD win. But, we all know that's a small chance. Gamepacks are still out there, so are the VIP packages. It's not like they keep restocking the item, they're only giving out a set amount. So once that amount is gone, all of that item is gone. The 100 ms points and the faceplates will probably always be available though.

Tropicana won't have lost any money from this promo at all. They should actually have made money since this is after all a publicity promo. It really doesn't make any difference to them if we enter 1000+ times a day. They'll already have a set number of prizes which are already bought/bugeted and paid for (or free depending on how M$ is involved in the deal).

I'm not sure how the prize system is set up but I'd have thought it was set to only allow a certain number of gifts a day. This way there is still a chance to win all the way until it ends in Feb (?). That might be the reason why a lot of people claim to win more in the morning (seems like most of the stuff I get is in the morning). Although apart from winning 300 points this morning I havn't won a single thing in over 200 tries today!.

I've seen quite a few people selling them in batches of 100 on eBay. That might seem wrong to some people but you have spent a lot of your own time collecting them. Personally I've stopped bothering to copy and paste them. I'll use some for my other live accounts and maybe sell/give away the rest.

I played this game for the past 3 weeks - every day - 30min-2 hour sessions and I only won 300 microsoft points. I gave them away on GameFAQs. In contests.

But, hey, all I wanted to win was a gamepack, because I'd seriously love to play Forza 2. I'm just sort of low on cash these days, haha.

Granted some people may abuse it to the extent of "hoarding" by winning a fair amount and not sharing any of it. It's simple to understand why people do not share the VIPs, they are worth too much money to be given away. But I see people giving away gamepacks, faceplates, and MS Points left and right. The generosity is outstanding.

I created a bunch of accounts and just reused them. Problem is the web site gets all funky at times if you dont "properly" logout. After I entered the captcha, it took me back to the initial window and then acted like I already played. I just did this for the 1000th time. So far I've won once, at try 260, a 100 point coupon. Since I already had 200 points from buying the 12 Year Live + Vision Cam pack this means I need 100 points to get a game. I am getting frustrated at all this losing. At least I have 2000 days of Live Gold.

I've managed 200 MS points today in about 200 tries. As long as I win at least one item a day I'm happy. They're all getting saved towards arcade games :D.
