If you have Xbox Live and some credits, you can go to Multiplayer from the main menu, then go to the online auctions and search for the car you need. If it's not in too high of demand then you can get them for a whole lot less then in the game dealerships.

I have about 2000 credits so I doubt I'll be able to do anything with that. And I read on IGN that after you win races, you win a car. I've won one but didn't get a car. What gives?

Yes, you do need to make a new account and a email account to receive them now. That's the free code,(no purchase code) everybody has won with that code.

That is horrendous. I'll stick to my 50 tries per day. Needless to say, I've won nothing in a long while. So sad, because early on I could play 20-30 times and nearly always get a 100 point code or (ugh) faceplate. I really didn't play it much back then either (I increased my plays to get a gamepack when it started to get a little harder, but nothing like what it is now).

well it says right on the screen that it can take up to 6 weeks to get your code . They only changed the site a couple days ago so you have a while to go.
