I noticed Target has it on sale this week for $13.XX (I think $13.78). With the $3.00 Dragon Dynasty coupon I got from Hard Boiled is would be almost $11.00.
I know that's cheap, but any stores have it cheaper? Online won't work because I want to use the $3.00 coupon. I'm wondering if Target will drop it down to $7.50 soon.
