Going for the first time next week. How long does it take to do everything the park has to offer?

Not too long dude, you should be fine. Maybe 4 or 5 hours on a super busy day.
If you hit up City Walk in the evening... endless amounts of time.

That's cool. I went to Disneyland for several days last year and still didn't get to do everything.

I've actually been on the tour ride already if that's the one where you see the homes from Desperate Housewives and The Munsters, the clock tower from Back to the Future, Jaws, etc. You must be referring to the earthquake part?

I literally live 1 minute from Universal Studios. I still haven't been to the park, though.
