If Family Adventure Has a Name, It Must Be LEGO® Indiana Jones: The Videogame
LucasArts and TT Games Don Their Fedoras for the Next Great LEGO Gaming Experience
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – July 27, 2007 – LucasArts and TT Games today announced that LEGO® Indiana Jones®: The Videogame [working title] will whip onto game consoles everywhere in summer 2008. Developed by the same team at Traveller’s Tales that created the LEGO Star Wars™ series, LEGO Indiana Jones presents a tongue-in-cheek take on the first three cinematic adventures of pop culture’s most iconic archaeologist, including Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
“LucasArts and TT Games are setting the bar for next-generation family entertainment with the LEGO Star Wars franchise, and our incredible relationship continues with LEGO Indiana Jones,” said Jim Ward, president of LucasArts. “In addition to providing the quality bonding time inspired by any good family game, LEGO Indiana Jones delivers something a little different for everyone. Parents will enjoy the humorous take on some of their favorite movies, and their kids get some rousing action/adventure gameplay that may also introduce them to Indy’s original adventures for the first time.”
“It has been a real joy to work with LucasArts on the LEGO Star Wars games. Indiana Jones is the perfect character for the next LEGO-based videogame adventure,” said Tom Stone, director at TT Games. “Indy also presents us with wonderful and memorable cinematic moments. The boulder scene of Raiders of the Lost Ark in LEGO is hilarious!”
Lucasfilm Ltd. recently announced that the LEGO Group will begin releasing LEGO Indiana Jones playsets in January 2008. Meanwhile, LucasArts remains hard at work on its revolutionary, internally developed Indiana Jones videogame, which takes place a year after The Last Crusade in an original story overseen by George Lucas. Kinda weird that we see a trailer for LEGO Indy before we see LEGO Batman. Must buy for me, they can make anything into LEGO and I'll get it.

Maybe it's just me but I bought Lego Star Wars because of the Star Wars half of the game. The Lego bits were ok but I don't want to jump into a Lego version of everything. Lego Batman, Lego Indiana Jones, Lego Leisure Suit Larry... these things I do not need.

Good lord, this one came out of left field!
Yeah, I thought Batman was next, and up pops this one. Wierd... I'm sure I'll get it eventually as I love the LSW games. But it seems this would be somewhat lacking without the light sabers/force powers/laser shooting stuff. But then there is the whip, I forgot about that .
While these movies were good memories from my (late) childhood they aren't something that anyone else in my family knows anything about (unlike Star Wars). I got the DVD set - they weren't the slightest bit interested in watching them. I guess I'll have to force them to watch in anticipation of the new one anyway.

Comfirmed 4 player online co-op:
The forthcoming LEGO: Indiana Jones game from Traveller's Tales will apparently feature a four-player online co-operative mode, although puzzles for the multiplayer content have been designed to work with just two people if necessary.
That's according to a report on MTV Multiplayer (http://multiplayerblog.mtv.com/2008/02/18/lego-indiana-jones-impressions-including-four-player-co-op-and-important-monkey-details/), which also states a release date in the US of June 3 for all PC, handheld and console editions of the game.
The report also notes that although the game will ship close to the release of the new Indiana Jones movie, the videogame will only feature content from the original trilogy of films.
Additionally, while Traveller's Tales has admitted that the game's antagonists won't feature Indy's traditional enemies, the Nazis, the plot lines will remain intact and the changes will be cosmetic only.

A huge ''MEH'' goes out to this game. Played for a few hours solo last night and its mediocre. Could've been a lot better, but a lot of the fighting is pretty funny. I'm not sure if Star Wars had those special moves like flipping the dude over your shoulder and watching them bust into a bunch of pieces, or giving the enemy a noogie (sp?), but the combat and the whip are probably the only ''fun'' parts of it. Lots of corny humor though.

I still can't believe it wasn't included. It should have been in both LSW games, and by this point there's really no excuse. This would have been a no-brainer for me, since the friends I would play with live in other states, but now I'll wait for a price drop or a used copy on Goozex or something.

I think LEGO Indy is on par as far as gameplay goes with LEGO Star Wars, but at this point the formula is getting kind of old and LEGO Indy suffers because of it. Also, I don't think the Indiana Jones universe has nearly the amount of memorable characters and locations that Star Wars does, which makes a lot of the characters and levels in the game seem like a stretch. It is fun, but familiar. Probably more rental material than purchase material. On the plus side, you can get 1000/1000 nerd points fairly painlessly.
Yeah, but Star Wars sucks.

^^^ THIS. While the LSW games were must-buys for me at release (except TCS - still waiting for a drop on that since I already have the other 2) in no way am I interested in buying this game at anything close to full price. I do want to rent it ASAP though. And I'm saying this as someone who saw the first movie in the theater when it came out and was sufficiently blown away by it as I had been with the original Star Wars. It just seems the Indy movies have held up WAY less than Star Wars over the years. I was watching them with my kids a few weeks ago and got quite bored. And the new one was tolerable but nothing special.

Picked this up today. I am a bigger SW fan than I am an Indy fan, but this game is still a lot of fun, thanks to the small improvements in the gameplay and such.
My kids are playing it now. It seems like more of the same (but in a good way). I've only been watching bits and pieces, but what are the small improvements bigdaddybruce44? The levels seem to be really long. It is taking them forever to get through them - but then again they kind of screw around a bit while playing so until I play it, its hard to tell for sure if that is a change from LSW II.

I've enjoyed the first three stages quite a bit, as did my cousin who was in co-op with me. I'm a little glad it's more exploration and fit x item in slot y type stuff as opposed to the Star Wars breezing through. Granted this isn't much harder, but yeah.

I have to say I'm really enjoying this , my fiance picked it up the other night and its quite a bit of fun the gameplay feels a good bit different from the star wars ones but then its indiana jones not jedis your playing with. Feels like it makes the game a bit more challanging to given the traps , limited ammo in guns and such. Keep in mind I still "really" enjoy the indiana jones movies and enjoyed the new one as well.

I know a few are obtainable through the game. If a couple are, I assume all are more than likely. As for mucking up achievements, it doesn't look like they do. Here's the most compiled list so far:
H86LA2 - Treasure Magnet
0P1TA5 - Super Slap
VIES2R - Character Treasure
13NS01 - Major Toht [Unlocks the ability to purchase in game for 50,000]
FJUR31 - Mola Ram [Unlocks the ability to purchase in game for 50,000]

Treasure Magnet, Super Clap, and Character Treasure are turned on via the "Extras' menu after you push start. I assume Treasure Magnet just gives you a wider range on collecting bits, which is pretty useful. Or that would be the Character Treasure... Not exactly sure.

Thanks for that list. Amazon had a "fast dig" code when you did the preorder.

Not positie if it is that great of a code, I have not run into any times where I needed to dig faster lol.
I do have a question, for the first three codes you listed is that normally something you can buy inthe game? Or can you only get those via codes?

Treasure Magnet, Super Slap, Character Treasure, and Fast Dig are all 'Extras'. They're normally found in the game via postage boxes you throw into a mailbox and then proceed to beat the level. After that you can purchase them in the College. However if you use the code, you have no need to purchase them at all. (One 'Extra' per stage and you start with 6. Leaving you with 18 to find.)
Major Toht, Mola Ram, and Belloq (Robes) are obtained from just playing through the game normally. After you beat a stage where you encounter the said character you can purchase the characters from the character shop located basically across the hall from the Extras shop. Each so far I've noticed is at a cost of 50,000 and must be purchase after finding or unlocking via code.
Oh shit! I am just now watching last night's X-Play, and their review stated that Han Solo is an unlockable character!
Well, most of us have played Lego Star Wars and used him to death, so I'm not quite as excited about that as you are ;). Besides, it is just returning the favor as Indy was unlockable in Lego Star Wars TCS.

Dr. Henry "Indiana" Jones, Jr. is a renowned archaeologist and adventurer.
He searches the world for ancient relics in the 1930's, ever evading the
Nazi menace. In this game, he's simply a bonus character, as the next LEGO
game by Traveller's Tales will be LEGO Indiana Jones.
Dr. Jones is an experienced gunner.
Sounds pretty easy to get him, actually. I'm thinking from that description that he's just a generic blaster-type character in LSW though.

Just found out where to find the star wars characters so you can play as Han Solo.
c3p0 -> 1-1
C3P0 is in the first level. To the right of where the cutscene would occur with Indy swiping the idol, there's a metallic door. A Bazooka Trooper or the like can shoot it down, even when the room is starting to shake apart. Inside there is an artifact, and if you break the containers, C3P0 as well.
luke skywlker -> 1-2
Free Play in the In The Mountains levels during the part where you have to jump from all the clinging branches, you will see look at the bottom of that area to find Luke hanging from the ceiling get someone with an explosive devise and blow up the ice.
chewbacca -> 1-3
Leia -> 2-4
r2d2 -> 3-5
That was posted on gamefaqs forums. Where the other 3 are I do not know where but they say they are in them levels.

I ran into a game-stopping glitch on the "Pursuing the Ark" level. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell that it was a glitch and wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing before consulting the web and finding out that the level was hosed and I had to start completely over.
In the part where you fight the German mechanic
The problem was this:
There's a huge anvil on the level that you need to advance. Somehow (and I don't know what happened), this anvil got destroyed when I was playing and it screwed up my advancement.
Apparently there's another glitch even later in the level that causes the same problem (game won't let you advance):In the truck chase, you have to let the driver get all the way out of the truck before you kill him.
Just a heads up in case somebody gets stuck.

But shouldn't it be in the general gaming forum, the description reads, "Want to discuss multiplatform games, industry news, or video games in general"?
The game is multiplatform, so it should be in that forum, that way all can discuss, and the there's no need for multiple threads.

I ran into a game-stopping glitch on the "Pursuing the Ark" level.
I came across one in the first level of Temple. After Indy drinks the antidote, a henchman with a machine gun appears. You're supposed to step on the two switches to continue, but they wouldn't go down. After about a half hour of trying everything possible, I restarted the level and finished it with no problem.

Maybe I'm missing something, but in co-op Story Mode is it possible for the two players to swap characters without one of them dropping out? In LSW you could do this, but it doesn't seem to work in this game.
I played some last night - pretty damn fun game. It makes for a good rental though - just my one evening of playing (about 3-4 hours) got me 25% complete.
So I worked to unlock all the character "types" (Thugee was the last) so I could put together the thing in Indy's office. After all that work, it was a... small platform! WTF? I assume maybe you add more to that later?
Also, are there any extra areas like the Lego City in LSW II (and TCS)?
What I do like about this game vs LSW is that you can (sometimes) obtain the bits needed to get to secret areas even during Story mode. That is, you can get hats (to get past guards), rocket launchers (to blast metal objects), shovels (to dig), and books (heiroglyphics) without necessarily having the characters with those abilities. It doesn't always work, of course, as those things aren't always available. But I was able to get all the treasure chests on one level just in Story mode which I don't think was ever possible in LSW.
It also seems like you get more money in this game and the characters are cheaper - so I guess that means an easier path to 100% complete than LSW. I was able to do one of the postal things (find the package, then find the mailbox) and all I unlocked was the ability to purchase "Poo Treasure". That was kind of lame - was hoping for 2X studs or something. I still have 17 more of those to go.

Also I was just on level 3 or movie 3 the escape on the bike level and I don't think I will be able to beat this game. I get disk read errors every time i play the level only the game disc is fine. OK, so I did this and got a key dealie...
But then... (spoiler for Indy's Office puzzle) All that did was open up the grates on the 3 holes in the museum such that I could step into the holes - but they just go down a bit more now and nothing happened. Do you need to complete the treasure collection before anything happens there?
Also, I've found 3 of the 5 Star Wars characters (C3P0, Luke, Leia). Luke is a good one - just watch him in the background before you save him - pretty funny.

I'm not sure of the exact requirement but I believe they open in order. Left, then the top, and finally the right. All I know is that it has something to do with the artefacts you find in the stages. I've unlocked the first two and I don't even have all the artefacts in the first movie (I have like 2 full on the first, one full on the second, and one full on the third.). It probably has more to go with the total amount of treasure chests located than anything I would guess.

What are the mailboxes and how do you find them in the game? I haven't ran into one yet.

I'm pretty sure it isn't total artifacts (as in pieces) as I have nearly half of them but have none of the 3 holes opened yet. Note they all "opened" when I put the key in, but they are just holes I can jump into (and still see my character's head sticking out) - nothing happens. I have several of the artifacts complete now as I did a bunch of Free Play stuff last night. Yet I have none of these holes "unlocked". It must be very specific ones that open them up. I think, for example, I missed one treasure chest on level 1-2 so maybe if I go back and snag that (I know where it is now - missed one of the snowmen and my son found it today in his game) I'll open one up. I know I have the treasure complete for 1-1. I haven't played any other levels in the first movie though. It could be due to that also - though I'm 100% on several levels, I haven't completed any of the movies yet - maybe it is as simple as completing the Story mode for each movie.
Linkin - You need to find a package and then a mailbox and carry the package to the box to "post" it before you get the secret - which you can then purchase in the mailroom of the college. There is often some sort of mild puzzle involved in getting the package to the mailbox (as you can't jump very high when carrying it - remember to make use of Indy's whip-grab ability). You won't see most of them until you do Free Play and use the Thugees and Hieroglyphics and whatnot - basically anything you can't get access to during Story mode is either going to be a Treasure Chest, an opening to an area with the mailbox puzzle, or one of the Star Wars characters. Some of the mailboxes are out in the open, though. For example in the motorcycle escape level in the 3rd movie it is right in the middle of the big area with the greenhouse/guard gate/etc...
And just to be clear, the abilities you need to access everything are: Indy's whip of course, Heiroglyphics (with a "book" character - you can purchase Belloq after the first level and he has this - also Elsa and Indy's dad are available after the first level of movie 3), high jumping (any female character), Thugee statue ability (play 2nd or 3rd level in the second movie then purchase one of them), blasting metal objects (need a bazooka trooper - not sure where I unlocked him but I had one for purchase after playing the first 2 levels of each movie for sure), repair ability (get this from Jock, the pilot, from the very first level), and digging ability (from Satipo/Doc Ock in the first level). Yeah, when I watched Raiders again recently I was surprised to see a young Alfred Molina (Doc Ock in Spiderman 2) as the Peruvian Satipo ;).
So make sure you have all those types of characters before going into any Free Play levels or it will just be frustrating. Also, you need all of them to unlock the puzzle in Indy's office.
Draekon
06-06-2008, 07:38 PM
Mailboxes are used for sending parcels (extras) to the college. They're both mostly red and always located in the same area (ie cannot load a new area with one in your hands) as the parcel. Sometimes you won't see it without having access to certain types of characters using free play.
Through story mode I only came across a couple mailboxes but couldn't find the parcels as well as the other way around.
There's an extra you can find that helps located parcels. I don't remember if it helps find mailboxes or not though.

Well here are my stats as I'm at 90.8% completion
119/180 Treasure Chests
18/18 True Adventurer
18/18 Parcels
1-1 - 10/10 (Blue Beam)
1-2 - 10/10 (Blue Beam)
1-3 - 9/10
1-4 - 10/10 (Yellow Beam)
1-5 - 4/10
1-6 - 2/10
2-1 - 5/10
2-2 - 9/10
2-3 - 3/10
2-4 - 10/10 (Yellow Beam)
2-5 - 4/10
2-6 - 6/10
3-1 - 2/10
3-2 - 6/10
3-3 - 5/10
3-4 - 7/10
3-5 - 7/10
3-6 - 10/10 (Blue Beam)
In the artefact room I've solved the 'puzzle' and have opened two of the three openings to the point of where they go to stages. Opened the left one first somehow and then the top one. I also spend all the bits on 'buying artefacts' but that doesn't actually "complete" them. Had nothing better to do when I got bored and turned on all bit multipliers (which was something to the effect of x3280) and am now sitting on several billion bits.
Left - Young Indy (Don't remember when it opened but it was after the third artefact fully completed I think. Did 1-1, then 1-2, and 3-6 if I remember correctly.)
Top - Ancient City (Opened after I got my fifth fully complete artefact at 2-4)
Right - ???
There's an extra you can find that helps located parcels. I don't remember if it helps find mailboxes or not though.
No, it doesn't. I bought that last night and used it extensively - it only shows you where the parcels are (which is still useful because as you said the mailbox will be in the same area).
Draekon, I wonder if it is just a certain number of colored beams that open them up? I have one blue beam from the Elephant artifact (2-2 I think). I got a few more artifacts done last night and haven't gone back there - for all I know I might have something unlocked (I know I have 1-1 done for sure). That will be the first thing I check when I start it up tonight. Maybe you need 3 blue beams for the first one. If I complete 1-2 I'll have 3 of those then for sure (1-1, 1-2, 2-2).
Draekon
06-06-2008, 08:03 PM
That's possible, I remember someone mentioning he had three colors in his artefact room (Though he was far from done completing all artefacts). I'll finish a few more either tonight or tomorrow to hopefully open up the third one.

I'd say so. It is a great game, but won't last you too long so it is perfect for a rental. I've played it just 2 days (albeit about 3-4 hours each day) and am about 50% done.

Man the level "Pursuing the Ark" drove me nuts. There is a part where you have to get the dudes hat and and knock on the door to get approval to enter. But there are like 5 guys there shooting you. They keep coming and coming. I get the hat, someone kills me, one dude throws gernades or something. So one hit you die. It was very frustrating part. I almost had my stud bar full, till that part came up and i died to much i lost them all. But after that area there are enough studs to get the bar full again.

360 might not be able to render the frames fast enough to keep up with the 1080p resolution... or something.
Try switching to 720p.
I'm on 1080i and the tearing is there. I assume by tearing you mean a horizontal break about halfway down the screen where the graphics don't match up. It's there but doesn't detract from the game which looks great, has a solid frame rate, no audio problems, and best of all is stable as a rock - not one freeze the entire time me or my kids have been playing it (in stark contrast with Lego Star Wars II).
I unlocked Young Indy and the Ancient City - I think it is some amount of blue and yellow beams that unlock them. I also have a couple of red beams but still don't have the third open yet.

Have no audio problems however, nor any frame rate problems.

Yeah, the parcels are the power bricks in this game. I don't remember getting one on regular play through, so I think most of them are well hidden and require special skills. As others have said earlier in the thread, you will usually see a hint of the parcel or the mail box on the screen, so once you see that, you're in business, because they are always on the same screen.

1. One is Han Solo (find the 5 Star Wars easter eggs), I don't know who the other is - maybe someone from the extra levels in the artifact room (I don't have it yet).
2. Any kind of explosive, most of them you'll have to go back in free mode to do it.

There are 3 are from the secret levels in the artefact room. Plus of course the secret character Han Solo as well.
I got one on a regular Story mode level but I don't remember which. Most, of course, require abilities you don't have in Story mode.
I'm at 98.4% right now - I think the only thing I haven't done is found R2D2 to unlock Han Solo. And the thing is I got everything in the level he is supposed to be in (3-5?). Unless you have to complete the Warehouse also (for 100%, that is) - just took a peek at that tonight but didn't have the time to finish it.
Some of those whip-based achievement will be near impossible (or impossibly boring I should say). I guess you just pick a level with respawning enemies and have at 'em for an endless amount of time.
Thing is, I got all the parcels and artifacts and still haven't unlocked the secret area (enemy hat) one or the scholar achievements either. I didn't have the repair one until I went into the Ancient City about 6 times and did the double-repair on the oil well. It seems kind if asinine to make you do those things way more than necessary to 100% the game otherwise.

Excellent question! I was going to try to figure this out cuz I made my first custom guy ( a thong wearing tan guy w/ a pistol, white undies and white cowboy hat, he he).

Does anyone else get annoyed by the cpu player? Ive been playing through free mode to get the rest of the treasures. He is always too close, in the way, follows me when not needed. I just went through a level and he couldnt decide on which character to use. Continuesly changing over and over as fast as he could. Was really annoying. Sometimes i wish i could use only one player only, since you can change the character whenever you want.

Free the slaves boss.... i have to be doing this wrong. Right?
I get him to the part where he is on the conveyor belt, i get some TNT and jump over the big wheel with a female, sometimes i make it, sometimes i dont. Also it dont effect him unless the target shows. If it doesnt show the target, i can hit him all day with TNT and it wont effect him. Tell me there is an easier way about doing this?
Eh i found out you dont actually have to go inside on the conveyor belt.
Anyway, ive mailed the parcel for this level twice now and it dont unlock, but it shows a check by the level stats. WTF???... Unless i unlocked it via a cheat code.

Free the slaves boss.... i have to be doing this wrong. Right?Just throw the TNT over the fence.
Took the game back to Hollywood Video (it was due Sunday) and renewed it with another free rental coupon - then I promptly 100%'d it and got all the cheese right afterwards. But that's OK, my kids are still going to play it this week ;).
I thought the most tedious acheivement would be the 100 whip disarm moves but that wasn't too bad, actually. Someone on another board mentioned going to the snow level (1-2) and disarming the guys that spawn behind the building. But I found that annoying as they tend to be lower than you (in the deep snow) and it doesn't work as well that way. Plus the camera is zoomed way out on that part. I found it much easier to pick the final level (Temple of the Grail I think). The guys that keep coming from the trucks in the very beginning are easy pickin for the disarming. It helps to have invincibility turned on as well so you don't die all the time.
Plus you can use that level for a couple of scholar deals if you haven't gotten that one yet. I had to do about 10-12 more of those after getting 100%.
The annoying one was the secret area one (where you need to knock on the guard posts with the right hat/character). I thought the thing had glitched on me because it took nearly 30 extra attempts to get that one. I kept doing Motorcyle Escape over and over, because there are 3 in the beginning of that level. However, this is also where I encountered my first (followed by a few more) game freezes. It seems if you proceed through one of the gates too quickly on this level (the one where a transition to a new area occurs) this is prone to happen. I was cruising through because I had invincibility and was just trying to get to the next guard post. On a normal playthrough you'd be dealing with the enemies and looking for other stuff. Anyway, so the game isn't as rock solid stable as I had said before.
There is one achievement for making it through a level without dying (much easier than LSW II since you can pick any level). I used the Escape from the Mines level and that wasn't too bad. However, later I was playing with my son and we entered the Warehouse (one of the "secret" levels you open near the end). I just went over to get the 1,000,000 studs (very easy on this level by the way). Once it ended my son got the "no dying" achievement! So presumably you could do this on the Ancient City level as well (though you'd have to be careful not to blow yourself up when blasting everything with the bazooka). (Edit - weird update: I tried this with my other son, and he did NOT get the "no dying" achievement).
Anyway, the game was definitely fun and it had the right amount of replay to get the 100% and achievements out of it. That is, just as it was starting to drag I got it all done so it is well-paced (unlike the LSW games where you need to play them way past when the fun wears off to get everything). I got everything done in about 4-5 nights of play - so it is definitely a good rental candidate. And I tend to be much slower at games than most CAGs.

I got the "no dying" achievement during one of the levels as i played through story mode. I think it was the one where you ride the carts.
Also i didnt know it but i turned X2, X4, and X6 on all at the same times and it says X48 on my screen! Before i bought X6 i only had X4 on thinking the highest would only work. But turns out they work together, and im getting 2-4 million studs a level.

That's where I got it too, took no time at all ^_^
The annoying one was the secret area one (where you need to knock on the guard posts with the right hat/character).
I did that one on Castle Escape, 2 guard posts at the end of the level, but it is a reallly fast level to complete in free mode.
Anyway, the game was definitely fun and it had the right amount of replay to get the 100% and achievements out of it.
I agree, after playing story then free mode (replaying every level that you JUST got done beating was still a blast, I don't know how they managed that - probably due to being able to switch abilities at the press of a button (results in many shortcuts)) there were only half a dozen achievements that I hadn't finished up.
1000/1000 now :)

What is supposed to happen when you unlock all the special lego bricks, get the diamond, and get the key? All i see are shines of light, and the 3 bonus levels. But nothing really happened when i turned the key.

My memory is a bit hazy, now, but I remember turning the key was what revealed the three holes that lead to the secret levels. So, you probably already turned it, which is why turning it is doing nothing.

Yep, that's it. Once you turn the key the grates on top of the holes retract and the holes are a bit deeper but don't unlock until you get the necessary treasure parts.

Well i got 100% in the game, 5 more achievements left to go.
The scream/super scream wouldnt unlock for me. It says to kill 50+ people/break objects with it, i sat there for i dont know how long in the last level of the last story. Guys kept coming out of the truck over and over and over.

Yeah, apparently it doesn't work when you use it to kill people. You need to break glass with it. Restart the Ancient City a few times - go to the train stop (with 3 bandits on it) and break that glass. Then go to the high doorway at the back left side and into that secret room which I think has 4 more glass things to break. Save & Exit/Repeat... I did that about 4-5 times and got the achievement. You can also nab a double-repair each time if you need that (the oil well).
Here's another achievement glitch if you have kids/significant others who you want to get points for. Once you 100% the game, start any level with the other person as the second player. Then you drop out and let them Save & Exit - they will get ALL of the completion achievements: 100% complete, getting all characters, posting all parcels, finding all treasure, and maybe 1 or 2 more. My sons were thrilled to get all the points. Yeah, it is sort of cheap, but they did both help me on various levels in getting to 100% so they deserve it.
Apparently you can also use cheat codes to get all the Parcels and you don't even have to purchase them - they are already active. Just get the treasure ones, turn them all on (for a 3840x multiplier!) and then you can buy everything (and max the stud counter on each level very easily).

Thanks...turns out i need these achievements.
Destroy 50 objects or characters using the scream and super scream ability.
Access restricted enemy locations 50 times.
Destroy 100 snakes
Perform 150 whip grabs in the game.
Disarm 100 enemies with the whip.
Destroy 50 objects or characters using the scream and super scream ability.
- Ancient City as I detailed above
Access restricted enemy locations 50 times.
- I did this on the Motorcycle Escape level as there are 3 of them in the beginning (once you build the bikes and head out). This was the last achievement I got as I didn't have nearly 50 after getting 100% in the game - probably only had about 20-25.
Destroy 100 snakes
- Either the Pankot Secrets one (step on them with the Elephants) or if you want a respawning snake place use Well of Souls and don't close the slots the snakes fall out of (pretty far through the level). Sit there and kill them as they come out - only takes 5 minutes or so to get 100. My son did this on MY game - which means he had to get all 100 in one sitting and it took just 5-10 minutes. Should be less for you as you've already probably killed 30-40 of them. For increased fun, station Han Solo near them and keep blasting away ;).
Perform 150 whip grabs in the game.
- Use the second level (Marion's pub). There are tons of chairs and bottles to grab with the whip there. Should only take you a few minutes of doing that. Note that you can also get the "It breaks the heart" (or whatever it is called) there - you get that by hitting enemies with bottles. You can do the whip grab before the enemies even come out, though - just do it right at the beginning of the level. Easy...
Disarm 100 enemies with the whip.
- Temple of the Grail as I mentioned before - guys pour out of 2 trucks and head right at you in the very beginning and all are armed. Grab the gun, turn around and fire it into the rocks until you drop it, repeat...

Yeah, that is weird. But my son actually had more than that. I have no idea how it happened but it glitched somehow and he had over 4 billion (by several hundred thousand I think). He spent a lot buying the artifacts and once it went under 4 billion it maxed out at 4 billion again. But somehow he had the thing above 4 billion. He didn't have any of the treasure multipliers at the time either - it just happened. He went from like 50,000 to that all of a sudden.

On the first level of "Last Crusade" how do you cross the rats on the underground area? I know you need a torch but its on the opposite side of the room. I got through but I don't think I did it the "right" way. I kept crossing and dying and with the temporary invincibility I was able to cross to get the torch, but I keep wondering what the right way to do it was.

You can just jump across that with any character I believe. I died a bunch the first time I did it too because the camera is too far back and it is hard to judge the jump. But I think Indy can jump it. Then you get a torch and lead the others across (if they also can't jump - I forget if one of them is scared by the rats).

Ok so I did do it the right way then. Thought it was weird because it did seem like Indy couldn't jump across without falling in with the rats.

The jump is just far enough to make it slightly tricky.

I just beat this game's story mode for all 3 movies. I unlocked all the characters except the 2 who require special circumstances, and I finished at 68.3% with 360 achievement points. I think I'll wait a couple days before going for 100% and 1000/1000 GS via Free Play. I want to try out my other new games I got along with Indy on Sunday.

Last night I went to play, and the game kept locking up on me. Turns out there is a bug that goes the game to freeze if you have v-sync enabled and you try to play in free play mode. Which is too bad because this game has noticeable tearing on my television.
Story mode works fine with v-sync on.

Yeah, but it only does it on certain Free Play levels and not all of them. Once you disable it and go into Free Play, you can turn it back on without any problem. It's just loading the first time you go into the level that locks up from what I've noticed as I always re-enabled it after I loaded the level.
