It may just be that I too have a sick mind, but I did not find that offensive (well, ok, it was pretty wrong). Also, just because you make a thread to ban him, does not mean he will be banned. Hell, you will probably even get a few flames, calling you a whiner and such. I've seen it happen many times before.

Wow, you want to ban him for that?? Good luck buddy. Seems like he didn't cross any lines or say anything that was totally offensive in the actual thread. The most offensive item was in the private message...which was just that private til you chose to make it public. True, he may not have been the sharpest knife in the drawer and more or less an ass, but that's nothing worth banning someone in my opinion.
I find the word "$$$" offensive.
