I noticed to my shock and awe yesterday that Scarface is priced at 24.99 used at Rogers Video. I am assuming Rogers gets it's used game prices from some kind of general database all the rogers stores use so I am thinking it may be nationwide to be safe I am YMMV'ing it. Anyways good chance to grab this game on the cheap.
