The right bumper on my 360 controller is acting up. Just started this morning. The button doesnt push properly it kind of clicks into place makes it hard to use. Is there an easy/cheap way to fix it?

Take it apart and make sure there's nothing blocking it?

Thats a problem sorta, one of the screws is behind the warranty sticker on the back. It'll void the warranty. But if its out of warranty go for it. Just clean it out, and if it still sticks hit the little piece of rubber with some wd-40. Don't spray it on the controller but on a cotton swab, and wipe it like that.

Well, it is only around $40 or so if you can't fix it. Much less of a risk than opening a console.

Mine did that too, however it was the result of a bug in NCAA last year making me lose a game and throwing it across the room. I ended up trading it to Gamerush, they didn't even check.

As immoral and unethical as it is I think I may just buy a new one and return the gimpy one as mine looks brand new so I doubt any questions would be asked.
