Same layout for the forums on another site?

I know the forums are powered by the same company, but are the layouts suppose to be similiar or is this just a coincidence? This just struck me as odd :bouncy:. Just wanted to know.

Both are vBulletin, probably using a similar template.

Yeah, when we switched from phpbb to vB, I wanted a template that looked as close to the phpbb one as possible, so CAGs wouldn't freak out.

I bought this template from a company, and I'm sure others have done the same. I've made some tweaks here and there, but yeah, its the same template.

It might be time for a custom template soon...

Yeah, I've seen this template on a couple of other sites.

We need something custom, and CAG only damnit.

Yeah, I agree.
We needed to get off PHPBB in a hurry as the site was growing so fast, and our PHPBB installation was falling apart. I wanted to get to vB ASAP and didn't want to spend time getting something custom made, and I felt this template, since it was so close to our old one, would be the least painful for CAGs.

If we do get something custom made, we will be keeping the same color scheme, correct? Dark gray, orange, green?

Wow, I just remembered that we used to have two schemes. We should do that again: that is, keep this one and add a new one.

Yeah, I'm sure we would keep the same color scheme since we're all so used to it. But having another one to choose from is a good idea.
