Watch these two movies - District 13 and Yamakasi. Two french movies heavy on parkour. I don't care much for calling it Free Running, I think the guy who "invented" it just ripped off parkour and urbanized it.

Yeah District B13 is the shit but the story is very poorly written...but in a way that makes it funny. Definitely worth seeing or buying.

I actually liked the story of District B13.

Story wasn't that bad. Just watch it with subtitles. The dubbed voices are horrible.

Kinda like Ong-Bak, you only watch it for the real-life awesome stunts

I thought it was pretty cool when the Casino Royale bonus features talked about it. One of the founders/creator/whatever is the guy running early in the movie. I have a feeling actually attempting it would result in the cops harassing you wondering why you are running through downtown.

Love it. Though I'd probably break my leg/hip/neck attempting it.

"District B13" was pretty cool.

The first few minutes of B13 were amazing. Could never stomach to watch the rest though :\
