What games out this year are you buying?

With the onslaught of AAA games coming this holiday on the 360, I'm sure all but the most rich-ass gamers will have to pick and choose their games wisely, if they'll want to still pay the rent, or at least afford a survival blanket for the cold winter months.

So, which titles are you planning on dropping the kid's college savings on?
