What Would you do! Incriminating Evidence Editon

Alright everyone I am in a predicament here and I just wanted to see what other people would do.
Recently I had been noticing strange internet activity on my computer noticeably porn. Now there are several people using this computer in my household and so through different ways(Keyloggers FTW!) I was able to get solid evidence that it was my little bro looking it up. Now what you have to understand is that my bro is the most Sociopathic annoying little twit you will ever meet and is always causing trouble for me and my friends. Now I am stuck with deciding what to do, my options are:

1. Tell my mom about it and show my evidence and get him in some deep deep shit over it.

2. Confront him about it and use it as blackmail to try and keep him in line.

3. Say nothing because Snitching is bad.

I am 15 and he is 13. It was just pretty run of the mill stuff from what I saw.

It more the quantity of douchebaggery then the quality of it. I mean he will do things like attack me and my friends, he steals my cell phone quite frequently and refuses to give it back. If you do anything wrong he will sing on you in a second. Or like recently I was attending these class like meeting with my friends and so we had are seats and then he came over and moved all our stuff around so he could sit next to who he wanted to sit next to.
He is really paranoid and thinks everyone is plotting things behind his back so if me or my friends like walk off to go hang out somewhere he will follow us to see what we are doing. Or insisting on listening to his Hannah Montana CDs in the car which practicly killed my ears.

I mean those are just some of the things, you just gotta take my word that is an annoying twit.

All seriousness aside, yeah, it doesn't sound like he's doing anything ridiculously unhealthy (typical teenage boy, hopefully he knows enough to be covert and keep it clean). So, in light of his douchebaggery, rat him out, and let him know that it was because he was being such an annoyance. If he does lighten up a bit, be willing to "cover" for him on some things.

Your ages are close enough together that having a good sibling relationship will pay off in the future, keep that in mind over the years.

Also, If you want a logical reason for ratting him out, porn is not the best first impression for sex/relationships. So, make sure you or your parents straighten him out on when it comes to respecting a lady (not the ones in the videos).

Well my mom doesn't really favor him and she knows that he makes alot of trouble and also that I am almost to a laughable point really responsible and I never get in trouble. But on the other hand my bro is almost like a sociopath and can talk his way out of incredible things and people will believe, which makes it hard on me because I say things about him and my mom will say I am exaderating the issue. Just save it for the right moment when he's being a douche around you and your friends and then bring it up and embarrass him. It'll hurt a lot more than snitching. Plus unless he's looking at weird porn, it's really no reason to snitch on him, it's only natural.

I voted for blackmail. If anyone finds out, it's most likely you who will be blamed for it no matter what you say.
- So the best thing to do is to blackmail him into not doing it anymore. Problem solved and blackmail is used as a positive force. :)

Don't forget when blackmail is involved, pictures say more then words ever could. Take a pic of him looking at it. Or you can try naming a really horrible deviant pic something that he would find interesting and then wait till he clicks on it and take your pics then. Bonus points if you get him in the act lol.

EDIT: I just read about the hanna montana thing. Now you have 2 things with which to blackmail him with. Do his friends know of his secret passion?
