This game was totally worth full price to me, being the best puzzle game in existance hands down. Crappy ripoffs like Bejeweled have nothing on the game that continues the legacy of Nintendo's Panel de Pon/Tetris Attack.

I prefer Meteos.

I do, too, but PPL is really a different beast. It's less reactionary and a lot more methodical; I had trouble at first because I was trying to play it exactly like Meteos, but once I learned the mechanics you realize it's actually quite a bit deeper than Meteos.

Great price on the game, though I'll be waiting on it -- I rented it from GameFly for like a month, so I'm kind of full on the game and Picross is taking care of me right now. :)

The Hori DS Lite filter is amazing, hands-down the best one for the DS Lite. However, the burn is that there's another thread on here linking to a site where you can get the Japanese version of it (which is literally exactly the same, except in Japanese packaging) for $1.37 instead of $6.99.

I know this because I bought the $6.99 version from Amazon, and then saw the $1.37 deal only after it was too late to cancel my order. :bomb:

Well, I understand the appeal; don't get me wrong, Tetris Attack and I go way back. Just that now I realize that all high level PPL is is filling the screen, making a massive combo, and filling the screen again, and it isn't as satisfying to me as Meteos' launches.

Plus, I own Dr. Mario Puzzle League (GBA), so this is a REALLY hard sell for me.

However, anyone who hasn't played Tetris Attack or any of the other iterations owes it to themselves to get this deal.

Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich is $4.99, still. 2 cents short of filler, but you may as well grab that too if you like superheros with BG-style RTwP combat.
