Looks like it turned out pretty good. The gamefaqs kids are giving good impressions. I never played it on PS2 and the Wii version seems a ways off yet. (and who knows if they'll charge more for it) Apparently the PSP version of Legend had some major problems, but players of that game are saying they're fixed in Anniversary.

$30 and with graphics like these, I'd say I'm on board. They're saying the framerate is quite good too.

Here are the controls, for those worried about camera jankiness.

X: Jump
[ ] : Shoot
O : Roll and lower
/\ : Action
Analogic + /\: Free camera
L & R: Move camera
L + R: Pull out
Directional button UP: First Person (Shoot)
Directional button DOWN: Use a medical kit
Directional button LEFT: Use the hook
Directional button RIGHT: Show life and munition
Start: Menu
Select: Inventory

Or you can customize them too. I might go get this tomorrow, if I can find it.

Legend wasn't too bad on the PSP...it was playable.

Glad this one turned out better apparently though.

Awesome game. Best PSP graphics I've seen so far, framerate stays good, and the controls work very well. The camera is even good (L+R to rotate camera, hold both to draw weapon/lock on) I'd recommend this to anyone!

I was going to wait for the 360 version in October, but since they fixed the problems that plagued the PSP version of Legends I may pick up Anniversary on PSP. I wonder if it's using the full 333mhz of the system or the usual 266mhz?

Oh I don't know, but I probably should mention I'm running mine in 333mHZ mode on 3.40 OE. If you're using standard firmware, expect a lower framerate.. and get custom firmware immediately.

Thanks for the impressions, I'll pick it up ASAP.
