good deal on Condemed: Criminal Origins for PC?

It looks like they priced dropped the 360 version everyhere recently to sub $20, but the PC version is still around $35-40. Any deals anywhere for the PC version being the same price as the 360? :)
I want to get the PC version instead because I can't play FPS games with a gamepad. :)

If you have a Half Price book store close to you, I found it there for 9.98 today. I was just there today and see it in to the store.

It looks like there's one in Mesa, not too far from me. I'll called them and they said they have a couple of new copies for $7.98 each. :)

I'm going to try the demo first and make sure it runs on my PC first, though.
