New Wii owner, good deals for accessories?

I remember a while back Fry's had a dual charger for the wiimotes for about $20. So I went today and no longer there, not even a placeholder. Anyone know what the name of it was? Also anyone recommend a brand for around that price that's good?

Also, any good prices for a component cable and the silicone skins? Thanks!
