What kind of offer I should I be making on this 360 game bundle

Im considering grabbing this bundle here but the price seems semi out rageous. What kind of offer should I be making on this. I was thinking maybe closer to $250? I'll probably just resell most of the stuff to regain funds. Im interested in the guitar hero bundle but he wont break it up.
