Gamestop used is 24.29 + tax after the Edge card. Just picked one up today...

It might be $19-20 shipped after Google Checkout on Buy.com
Otherwise I'd try the CAG trading forum or just pay the $25 if you have to.
I already had it and sold it on Goozex...decided I'd rather wait til it gets uber cheap to re-play RE4 :)
