Cancer of the nuts got this dude. You gave the world Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. Much love Merv. Peace out.

I blame pre-season football being scheduled during regularly scheduled Jeopardy. The cancer is a coverup!

Seriously though, modern gameshows die so fast and the classics are still going strong in a large part thanks to Merv.

there goes a true icon and an end of an era that will be missed. the guy is a major part of what made tv worth watching and its great that the gameshow network exists so people can see his genius live on. but there will never be another like him the ideas he came up with and the things he created are timeless. losing people like him makes the lack of originality in the entertainment business show that much more.

Prostate cancer, not testicular cancer you dumb fuck.Sorry, your answer isn't in the form of a question, so I cannot give you credit for it. We were looking for "What is prostate cancer?"

I remember seeing on Friday that he was in grave condition, and wondering if this was it. Jeopardy is still my favorite game show. So thank you, Mr. Griffin, for all your contributions to the TV world. RIP.

That's sad.

Anyone have him in their dead pool?
