Good Deal on this 360 bundle?

Well my good friend chris is selling his 360, he just purchased it for 399.99. i checked its birthdate and its 5-25-06 and still under warranty obviously, it has everything still wrapped except console, controller and hdd, and includes reciept.He said he would give me burnout revenge with it aswell, i have xbla unpluged with 1 month trial for live. i dont want to rip him off but i am a cheap ass. we agreed somewhere around $250 for the system game hdd box with cable headset etc. and 2 wireless controllers. since he is using the money to buy a wii, he said he may do $230 and excite truck or truama center. what should i offer??

edit-my friend greg said he would give me tony hawks project 8 for free too, only if i get a 360. good considering i cant get enough of that game on his 360

nah, we played it today.i m going to work up some more money by selling somewhere for cash just not ebay or craigslist. Wherehouse . com?? i have $232 atm but i dont wanna waster it all considering i m on vacation from work until school begings
