Anyone here got any good results from Cardio? Can't seem to get rid of some excess fat on stomach and chest :(
It's not much, but it's nuff to not wear anything tight to showoff muscles, etc. Wish it was as easy as lifting weights.
What are someo of your cardio workouts/etc. schedules, ? 8-)

I've been riding my bike alot and I am slowly losing weight. Of course, I've been eating a lot of salads too. Its going to take awhile though...
I try to workout 5 days a week, but I only run for about 10 minutes I have horrible stamina. I'd reccomend an ellipitcal machine over running. It's less impact on your joints and should help you go longer without tiring you out.

Yeah, I use an elliptical bike called Orbitrek that my dad got off one of those annoying commercials. Sad thing is, the build quality looks really Wal*Martish.
But anyway, yeah using that I start off 30 seconds of slow, then 30 high, and do that pattern for 15 minutes. It's a lot more tiring than going on a steady pace for an hour. I think it's called H I I T.
I need to lose about 10 pounds in fat, and I will be ripped as hell. Gotta incorporate lifting too, cardio eats muscle.
