I worked out a little, but not too much. Mainly it has been through a change in diet more than anything. Cutting down portions, eating better foods, and eating less frequently have really been the main reasons why. I have 2 PE classes this semester so that should help with the whole losing weight thing, and if I can ever stop drinking soda I know I can shed the weight a hell of a lot quicker.

I was skeptical of the Dyer move... especially with Lee Bowyer being on the side, but he seemed to be very active and aggressive. If all goes well, finishing in the top half of the table should be attainable, and with a little luck, a crack at European competition. And then there's always the FA Cup, which the Hammers tend to step it up for.
