GameznFlix-trouble brewing?

Anyone else getting an strange feeling from GameznFlix? I have have had no games in my ready-to-ship queue or shipped to me in over a week now. Calls to customer service (during business hours) end up in voice mail, with no return call. On top of that, most new games are listed as "on order" or have been pulled from their site.

Yea, I went for two weeks without a game shipping. Canceled my membership almost a month ago, and that is the last time I come back to Gameznflix.

Well, the last games I got were pretty far down my list.

Also: they don't have BioShock listed yet.

My friend also has had problems with them in the past. He has since ended his subscription. He told me he'd send back his games and they'd never be recieved.

They purged a bunch of "on order" items from their system within the past month I've noticed. Still receiving games/movies from them regularly. Not the best service out there, but works for the price i'm paying and having both games/movies.

Reminds me, I need to cancel all of my items in que, send back the ones I've had out for months now and cancel my membership. Haven't used it in months and it'd be 13 bucks less a month on my credit card

Biggest problem for me is that the damn place doesn't have BioShock.

I used Gameznflix for a bit, but cancelled before they went REALLY downhill. I use GameRang now, which rocks, takes them a day to get my games.
