Check out the front page and look at the CagCast notes. Circuit City has subpeoned CAG to get Speedy1961's info so they can find him to sue/arrest him for posting the ads early. Although it's unconfirmed, it's thought that Sony is pressuring them to do this because he posted the PS3 price drop two weeks early.

Wow, that is really lame. I knew I didn't like to shop at cc for a reason. They do seem like the kind of company that has nothing better to do. And if sony is involved, that wouldn't come as a suprise either. I don't know if they should be tainting their name anymore then they already have though.
