Mustang and the others are correct. You are not allowed to sell pirated copies of games. This is outlined in the top sticky in the trading section.

Please remove any games that are illegal copies.

It is legal if you buy them as backups and so you know the real games = more then $20 for the games, Einhander is $25 at least.
