As always, Tsukento, a list is always appreciated for the decent stuff. Same goes to xmrblondex for his finds. Oddly enough, if I remember from the last time this coupon was going on, some of those prices were cheaper. I think Tetris and Blazing Angels used to be $24.99 before coupon when I bought them a couple of months ago, possibly also Hitman Blood Money.

Need for Speed Most Wanted gets crapped on quite a bit but it has some of the most thrilling cop chases I've ever played. I think it's finally time to ditch the regular Xbox version and move on up.

Also, and I'm pissed that I haven't seen this recently but my local GS stickers Marvel Ultimate Alliance Gold and the regular version at the same price so you might save a couple bucks there. Just make sure you check the disc before you leave or you'll be doing the drive of shame back to the store later.

F.E.A.R. is decent but after several hours in Rapture, I can't see myself finishing my battle through drab office buildings anytime soon if ever.

There's some bang-up titles for under $20, I might bite on a couple but only if the discs are in great shape. Scratched up 360 discs = lose. Some of those are overdue for a price drop. Why wouldn't they take the edge card? Because the last time they threw us this coupon, the Edge card was always declined. The system wouldn't recognize it with the code. So at the time, the only way to use both was if you got someone cool to override it for you.

Went to two of my local GS, expecting that either of them to have Dead Rising since its a pretty popular game, and....no. Came home and checked the locator, apparently every store within 20 miles has that game except the two that I went to...

Picked up DOAX2 though, so it wasnt a total lost. Case and booklet might need replacing but the disk is suprisingly in mint condition compared to its counterparts.

I might use this to get Bullet Witch and Maybe Hitman since I liked the demo.
Anyone who is on the fence about FEAR you should get it, it's an awesome shooter and definitely has it's freaky moments with surround sound going.

I played the demo and loved it, so I bought the game at full price. The game is just boring, and the entire thing is basically the demo over and over again. Imagine playing the demo 50 times in succession, and you've pretty much experienced the full game of FEAR. After the fifth or sixth level of dull, bland, generic office/factory/warehouse environments, and the hundredth time you blast the same soldiers in slo-mo bullet time, you get this "Is that it?" feeling, and start wondering what you could trade it for...
Multiplayer is OK, but nothing you can't get in any other multiplayer shooter.

Just my two cents but Bullet Witch was CRAP. One of the worst games i've played on the 360 since launch. The boss fight on the airplane was cool and the final boss was cool and a pain but the game sucked. The designers had no imagination at all. Purple walnut heads, yellow, blue, green, pink blah blah blah next level, purple, green, yellow, next level huge guy another huge guy. lol

FEAR was probably good on the PC when it came out and even on the 360 when it first came out. It would be painful to play through now though after all the ohter shooters most people have played. It would be such a painful step back because the game is pretty boring at times.

Being an ex-employee I know most employees won't cancell and re-ring up the transaction insuring you get both discounts. The idiot at the first store refused to even scan my card, I mean seriously!!! I have been using this deal all week, picking up a bunch of games for $15 with the coupon and edge. So far got Shadowrun ($21), Just Cause ($15), Blazing Angels ($15), and will probably pick up the Godfather today.

Definitely have them scan the Edge card 1st then give them the $10 off coupon. At one store they had to manually enter the coupon because it wouldn't scan and the code wasn't recognized so the edge discount only came off the post-coupon price. Only a $1 difference in the end, but still.

Also at another store the clerk had to get the OK from the manager to use the coupon. He said they get alot of fakes. WTF, aren't the managers/employees brough up to speed on the mass email coupons they send out each week?

I picked up Oblivion yesterday, for $17.8x after coupon and tax, and it was kinda funny how I handled it. First, I walk into GameStop and head over to the 360 section. I check the pricetags for Oblivion new and used.(they were $50 used, $30 new, just like the website before I went to the store). I go up to the cashier and tell him, but then he doesn't understand and I repeated it like three times to him, and he finally gives this weird look and goes over and checks the prices of Oblivion. He then scans them, and New is $30 and used is $27, so I am thinking "Sweet I am definently going to pick this up". So I bought it and used the coupon. Then since I didn't get to check the case since it was the one he picked, I checked to see if I had the manual, and didn't, it only had the map. This lead me to asking if I could get a manual from the woman working there,(I think she was the cashiers superior). I got the OK and got the manual from another used copy. So it all ended well, and my Oblivion is pretty much in mint condition and one of the earlier copies because it is Rated Teen on both the case and disc(it was later bumped up to M). I had thought about getting Bulletwitch the whole week with this coupon, but I don't think I will have the time now that I have Oblivion;)

Went today and bit on Oblivion and Hitman. Oblivion was tagged at $54.99, but rang up at $26.99. I pieced together a complete copy (sorry, EB) by adding a manual and map to the nicest case I could find. I asked the clerk if I would count as a separate visit if I were to walk out and walk back in, and he just told me to go to the other register and he'd ring me out there. Anyhoo, Oblivion is in pretty good shape and Hitman looks flawless, and both are complete. Pretty awesome deal - I was going to hold off and get the GOTY Oblivion, but after realizing I didn't pay for my MS points anyways (thanks, Gaming Lagoon), couldn't pass it up.
