OK so my xbox 360, xbox, and PC is downstairs whilst the router and modem are upstairs connected to my moms computer. So how can i connect my console to the buffalo when it is supposed to be connected to the router if i remember correctly. also my PC is wirelessly connected to the linksys wireless G router upstairs. thanks

If you already have a buffalo router, you need to flash the firmware to dd-wrt. It will allow you to turn the buffalo router into a wireless bridge, which will then connect everything downstairs to your wireless router and modem upstairs.
