old sega systems rf converters....looking

hey need a sega master system rf converter and a genesis, it's the same right?also looking for sega saturn control pads, thanks, just took out my old systems and the rf doesn't work on the genesis and master system.

Don't quote me on this but, I heard that you can use a NES RF adaptor for a Genesis RF Adaptor. Not sure if it works or not but, if you got one, try it out. *not responsible if the testing results in malfunction of your system or unwanted children*
