It's because the CC ad is controlled by Google, because Cheapy uses Google Ads, and Cheapy's not gonna boycott Google ads just because they have a CC ad. Thus, we have a CC ad.

If I remember correctly the banner ads for community sites are tied to site content and pay per x impressions. Since every other thread is about circuit city the content is keying up the cc ads.
