I just figured the usual weekly rotation would have been used, since it works best. Thats why I asked.

Yeah, we'll see how this works. It's a no cc site, so I figure it wouldn't be hard to get refs.

The rules do state that there needs to be one conga per website, and this would violate that rule since there already is a running conga thread, however you would need to take up that conga because the user that did make that conga is inactive, normally I'd probably let this one go however it wouldn't be fair since the other conga was already around.
